// UPDATING

I've only just started to use this platform, but the reviews I saw on YouTube caused me to want to try it for my upcoming event. I ran into some challenges (not their fault) and Aneeqa was very helpful in sorting them out.

So i paid for a full year looking forward to using their online features with full intergrated chat across all platforms in one location.
Well i was looking forward to it! out of 5 platforms, twitch, kick, x, rumble and tiktok. the only chat i can get is from twitch!!
spent ages on chat to be told i CAN'T HAVE A REFUND!!! because they say live chat might not work for all platforms!
HOWEVER directly on their site it litrally says:-

Unified Chat
Show live comments on screen, respond to incoming messages from all social platforms in real-time.

To be honest the ONLY thing that works as it should is twitch nothing else works. kick doens't work, rumble doesn't work, tiktok doesn't work. i'm not sure if X works to be honest thats hard to check.
2 days of constant online chat with them for zero results and they just blame everyone else for things not working.

BUT BE WARNED!!! there is no refund once you've paid and very little works as they say on their main pages. and it's very much an attitude of "well we never really said everything would work" just a joke

oh i'll be having to contact my bank to get my money back and they refuse to remove my card details from there system. honestly look at the bad reviews before the good on this company

UPDATE 18/11/2024. in reply to your comment, I've not been able to find this? there is no information about this anywhere on your site so how is a customer meant to know.
But it's interesting you avoiding the whole aspect of the review and the fact your steeling money from customers as you prmise very specific things and then they don't work and seems like they have never worked for over 5 years.

I enjoy the app. This app is dependable, easy to use, and if questions arise the quick responses make you feel valued as a customer.

OMGooodness! I am so very happy with the OneStream Live and more impressed with the support I received from Fehmida! She was EXTRAORDINARY and took the time to walk me through the tool, show me some quick tips on how to navigate, and also held my hand through every step of the way. This was so necessary because I recently switched from StreamYard after they hiked up the prices by 3X's and I evaluated many similar tools and found that OneStream Live is the best one on the market! 10X's better than Streamyard. The CSR is AMAZING and the staff like Fehmida really take the time to ensure you take full advantage of this tool! I LOVE IT!!! Thank you so much OneStream and Fehmida for making my day!!!

Everything was intuitive and streamed to my destinations flawlessly!
