Worst app available today

For all the apps you have to download these days, this is by far the worst. Constant connection issues with the app means users have to use the wall mounted touch screen that charges 25 cents more per load of laundry. You could be standing on top of the washer and it still wouldn’t connect to the app. Whoever was involved in developing and pushing this app out should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. You can’t even submit a service request in the moment because - surprise! - not only will the chat function not load, the dropdown menu doesn’t even work. And when you can finally submit a service request, you have to call repeatedly to make sure someone comes to address the issue. Save us all the trouble and shut down this app.

Not a well thought out payment system for the elderly and disabled

These washing machines were delivered to a subsidized home for elderly and disabled people who find this payment system difficult to understand and use. Many of these people don't have internet access on their phones. The laundry room is in the basement, so the internet connection there is often down. The company doesn't understand or understand the mindset of elderly and disabled people. Younger people and people who work and have regular internet access on their phones are comfortable with this. However, elderly and disabled people don't pay by phone or have regular internet access on their phones. To use this payment system, these people would have to charge a higher fee for internet access on their cell phones.

Constant Wifi - Connection Issues

This company is getting almost as bad as CSC Go, constant wifi issues, I've already had to take my clothes to the local laundromat a few times because of connection issues, and no, it's not my phone so don't even go there. Why do you think most laundromats still use coin operated machines???? Because they work!!!!!

I lost money because of phoney services…

I lost money because of phoney services being tied to a suspect online platform that involves money. The washer somehow didn't spin long enough causing my clothes to be soaking wet which caused drying time to be 3x longer than necessary. Their customer service is smoke and mirrors with the assumption the person that lost money will eventually give up. This company prets on the underprivileged who struggle with technology. It's absolutely disgusting how they make their money

I was trying to pay for a laundry…

I was trying to pay for a laundry service, but I ended up paying for some "TotalAV" instead. This looks a lot like petty online fraud—it only costs $1.99, so who’s going to notice? I wonder just how many people you’ve already scammed? Well, you won't be getting any money from me!

Unacceptable

This laundry company is new to our building. First time I used the machines they worked fine. The next two times were a nightmare. The washers don’t fill up with enough water therefore you must extra machines. Last time I used the dryer my white clothes (underwear, socks, and towels) didn’t get dry. Time before that dryer wouldn’t start. So I selected two more dryers put them on high heat and waited. When I went to retrieve clothes they were wet. The cost to use these defective machines are to much twice as much than other companies. I was standing in the laundry room trying to log in I know my information got it screenshot. Took me 10 minutes to sign in to my account. Who decided that $10 is the least amount to you can add to your account, that’s just wrong, We need to report this company to the proper authorities.

Refund balance and close account

I asked for my balance to be refunded since I live overseas and will not be able to use the remaining $17. They will not refund the balance. This service was a pain to upload and use for 2 loads of laundry. Find a coin operated laundromat. This is a rip off.

This service is horrible

This service is horrible. The ability to not use quarters is the only thing good about it. My machines are always not working, either because they are off line, or there is a mechanical error. It takes several days to get them fixed. I put money into the machines and they do not work and I don't get my money back. I am told that I can take my laundry to another place but I have to carry wet laundry up and down four flights of stairs. I have one day a week off from work and I have never gotten my laundry finished before I go to bed at night ever. I need the facilities that I pay for with my rent to work. They need to work on my schedule not the companies schedule. I pay for this service and I still have not yet been able to use my laundry facilities to finish my laundry. I am hanging my laundry again around my home to get them dry. This is absurd. I am also out over 20 for non working machines. Don't even bother with them
