The first day i met Vinit and the One The Gallery team was the start of a great dental journey and one I will never regret.
I experienced the best dental treatment I have ever had whilst becoming not just a patient but a One The Gallery friend too.
Vinit and all the staff their high level of skills and knowledge of Dentistry is a given but add the patience and friendly staff and it was a joy to attend.
Root Canal fillings undertaken here no problem and never should anyone approach a Root Canal filling with usual dread not here.
I have found a Dentist Vinit and Magda the highly skilled hygienist very passionate about her job
and the dental nurses all highly trained and a joy to see on appointment .

Highly professional and personal service throughout all members of staff....
Relaxed environment for all treatments required to a wonderful final result!

I am a very nervous patient and if it wasn't for excruciating pain, I would have found excuses to not go. Kajal and the team made a very nervous patient in a lot of pain calm and comfortable. The surgery is state of the art and all the way through I was given all the information on what was needed and why. I'm not sure I would have gone back for the second treatment had it not been for the care and empathy from the team. Highly recommended.

My first impressions of this practice were of a well-run, organised service: I was contacted in advance of my first appointment with information (and requests) about sensible covid protocols; this was very welcome and reinforced my view that this was a safe place. Fees were transparent from the outset. They were undeniably expensive, but good dental health treatment comes at a cost these days, especially if you want to be in competent hands, and this practice was recommended by my regular dentist who could not accommodate me in this emergency as his practice is very full and over 50 miles away. Thus, I have no complaints about the cost, and I reiterate that it was transparently explained in advance at every step of the (quite extensive) root canal treatment.

I do not react to local anaesthetic well, and had a bad time after the first procedure. I contacted the practice and received daily calls (even through the weekend) to check that I was OK and that the pain was manageable. This again was first class treatment, and I felt valued and well-treated.

Thereafter, I opted for the remaining treatment without anaesthetic (which always seems to be more of a concern for the dentist than it is for me!) and was absolutely fine between sessions. All the same, I received check-up calls and emails to ensure that all was well.

The final procedure involved fitting a new crown, and again I experienced diligent care in both the clinical work and the admin side.

Overall, I cannot fault this practice, from the friendly and efficient reception service to the excellent clinical care; I have no hesitation in recommending treatment here.

The practice is exceptionally clean and modern, and very accessible on foot, by bike or car

All of the team are excellent and very attentive, with great communication and for me, personally, make the whole experience as comfortable and as stress free as it could be

As ever, the treatment I received from Vinit and his colleagues was exemplary - flawless. I cannot speak too highly of the practice, and recommend One the Gallery absolutely.

Free Parking places available! Excellent receptionist on phone or in person. Caring thoughtful staff, friendly and professional. Very high standard of PPE. Technically superb, have never had any pain or discomfort. Excellent computer scan of mouth and teeth to explain exactly what is happening or planned. Have been going for > 10 years.
