Please avoid any cost for complicate…

Please avoid any cost for complicate repair. Took my PC there for crashing issues and upgrade graphic card. I was told £80 for diagnosis and £30 extra to speed up and jump the queue and I agreed. It took them 4 days and found out memory issue and I was told it will cost me £110 in total at pick up for fixing and changing graphic card. 4 days waiting already put me off so, I decided not to upgrade graphic card and only want to fix crashing issue. They told me they can solve this by removing 2 bar memory and let it run with 2 bar only totaling of 32 gb. I agreed and final price was £55 on pick up. I started to chat with memory warranty team and told them what happened. I asked for the supporting documents for memory issues to provide warranty team. They ignored and I took PC back home and turn it on . 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂 PC going on loop restart and set your language. Called them and told them the issues very sad voice saying well we will have look it again. I won't bring my PC for free repair to this shop. Found out it was ssd issues not memory. This guy's will tell you £80 to start and would you like to add £ 30 for jumping queue please don't pay £30 extra it will take at least 4 to 5 days anyway and avoid this shop. I haven't heard since from them when I asked for diagnosis report. They gone down to black hole with easy money they made from me. Thank you giving me PC going in restart loop.

Hi Binod,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

I have attempted to contact you on a couple of occasions to discuss this with you directly, but unfortunately have not been able to reach you.

You opted for our high-priority service, which is designed to ensure that your device is assessed ahead of the standard queue. At the time, our standard turnaround for initial inspection was approximately 7 days due to workload. Your device was booked in at 1:00pm on the 10th, and diagnostic work began at 1:42pm the same day.

The issue presented was intermittent and not immediately reproducible, which meant that multiple tests had to be carried out—many of which take 45 minutes to an hour to complete. As a result, it took approximately 2 days to confidently identify the cause, at which point you were contacted with an update.

To clarify, the high-priority service ensures expedited diagnostics, not same-day resolution. In cases such as this, where faults are inconsistent, additional time is often required to reach a reliable conclusion.

Based on our testing, the system operated correctly when reduced to 32GB of RAM, which indicated a fault with one or more memory modules. This is why that recommendation was made.

Regarding the report you requested, this had already been started. However, you then contacted us to advise of a boot issue, at which point you were invited to return the machine so we could reassess it at no additional cost. You indicated that you would do so, but the device was not returned. We therefore held off finalising the report pending confirmation of the system’s condition.

We would be more than happy to complete and provide the report, or to re-inspect the system if you would still like us to do so.

For clarity, significantly more time was spent diagnosing your system than was charged, as we were focused on identifying the root cause rather than working strictly to time.

We always aim to provide a thorough and professional service, and we are sorry to hear that on this occasion you feel it has fallen short of your expectations. I would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you—please feel free to return my call at your convenience.

Second time I've used Onetouchservices…

Second time I've used Onetouchservices now and it's been an absolute delight. Punctual, knowledgable and friendly, Chris set up 3 printers for me all of which work perfectly now. Highly recommended will definitely be using again.

Thanks for the able support

While I feel the pricing is a bit on the higher side, I understand and respect their business model. They take pride in the quality of service they provide, which helps justify the cost.

A special thanks to Chris for his support and for addressing my concerns efficiently.

Rude, poor customer service, scammers

Called direct with a pc issue, was charged just under £100 for 1 hour service. Kid was in my house less than 15 minutes and the issue was still there, called shop bk within an hour of kid leaving an they eventually agreed after 3 hours and a few calls to collect Pc the next day to take to shop, however nobody arrived between 10-11am as agreed. Contacted Chris requested refund and was told kid was 4 minutes away, waited 10 more minutes no one arrived and i had explained i needed to leave as i had plans i had rearranged to suit agreed timescale. Again requested refund an was told i had "turned kid away" which was not the case as ringdoorbell can prove. Chris then sent "Gl with fixing ur issue with ur PC". Chris was rude, arrogant and cocky as you can see from his personal reply to me. Left Money down and still faulty PC. Have raised a chargeback through bank as agreed service not provided. But the absolute arrogance of Chris and the overall lvl of customer service was absolutely appalling. I would not at all recommend, please do research before giving them a penny .

Paid for collection and repair of Laptop, just under £100.00
Got told that it was unrepairable and I may as well buy a new device.
I then showed it to my 14yo nephew who had a look and fixed the issue straight away and told me that they have not even unscrewed the item as the screws were still security sealed I then made contact with One touch to inform of the findings and about being fixed by my 14yo nephew. He asked how he fixed it so I told him and he was adamant that it was unscrewed, but I'm going with what my Nephew told me as he was the one who fixed it and not the computer expert.
No Refund Given
I would not recommend this company.

Hello Dave,

We’re really sorry to read your review and to hear about your experience. I'm sorry that it has taken some time to come back to you, but I've only just become aware of your negative review on here, we didn't have a TrustPilot page previously, so I'm assuming you started it to write this complaint. We always aim to provide clear assessments and fair resolutions, so we take feedback like this very seriously.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find any record of your order in our system under the name "Dave" or "David" around the date you've suggested, which makes it difficult for us to investigate fully. We’d really like the chance to look into this properly and put things right if something has gone wrong.

If you could please contact us directly at 01276 818 698 with your order reference or the name and address used for the booking, and we will make providing a resolution a priority.

We truly value honest feedback and the opportunity to resolve issues where they occur. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you’ll give us the chance to investigate further.
