I ordered the magic fishing net and i got a net with no weights. totally useless. I have tried to email them and they were of no help. they said it was past the 30 days.
well it took 30 days to get here.
THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a golf net from this company and what I received was not what I ordered. No turf golf pad, and the net was not even functional. Literally, the net couldn’t be assembled based on the parts that I got. Waste of money. I’ve tried to get a refund for some time but they say since it falls outside of 30 days, that’s not possible.

SCAM. Yep. Ordered a fishing net and received some kind of net and aluminum hoop. Contacted them and got a return authorization sent it back with tracking and never got my refund. Sad thing is I waited too long and not protected by PayPal

Keep away from these people, ordered a (magic fishing net) and only half of it arrived , payed another £6.50 to return , and are still waiting 5 months later for refund , having contacted them 12 times asking . SCAMMERS

bought a 3 in one golf net, with a 3 level grass pad. what came was no what I ordered. I complained for 2 months, every week sending them pictures of what I got and what I ordered with my receipt. they kept putting me off until the finally said I got what I ordered, NOT!!!!!!
They are a rip off I just wasted my money.

This is a fraud! The showed me a product on the internet and sent me something totally different. Was trying to make a complaint, but they only said that they have sent the correct product. When I pushed it, they told me that the 30 day return policy was not valid even though I made it before the 30 days. They are really taking a long time to answer and thats their strategy!! Don't buy from them! I got ripped off!

Yup total Scam , ordered Magic Fishing Net waited for a month and when it got here . It was nothing close to what I ordered. Emailed them and was told I can get a refund once i ship it back and they receive but i had to pay shipping. Well i shipped it back and they surely did recieved it via tracking number and no refund . Try emailing them but kept getting told once scanned I'll get my refund . Two months now and i had to open a dispute with paypal and just like that within 24 hrs I got my refund back . Thx to PayPal not these low life blood sucking b***ches ...

Completely disappointed with service and still do not have a fully functional product after 4 months.

I believe this is a complete scam and to be avoided at all costs.

Returned defective product; over 60 days and no refund. Communicated w almost a dozen times.

I ordered the trampoline water park in June. It arrived was a total piece of junk. I emailed the company and sent it back per their instructions. I sent them the tracking number and per that number it arrived August 5. I’ve emailed back and forth for weeks now. No refund! Big scam!

Update: I filed a dispute with my credit card company. One Tree Savings as a business is a fraud.

Trampoline waterpark arrived with slits in the plastic that make it unusable and the fitting on the end would not attach to a standard American water hose. Very disappointed. Cheap made and after one email, never heard from them again. Requested refund. No phone number. Should have ordered from Amazon. Lesson learned.

ordered months ago - never got the parcel - week in week out they tell me it will arrive next week... aweful customer service....

I wish I would have read these reviews before adding this golf net to my bday wish list. My wife got this for me and it's a total piece of trash. Terrible company that needs to be stopped.

Ordered the trampoline sprinkler. It came broken. It was not broken during transit as the broken pieces were not in the bag. This was packaged broken.
Tried to return it but they said I had to pay the return fee. After reading these review, I did not trust that if I spent the money to return it, that they will refund my money.
Now, they will not return my e-mails. I can't call them as there is no contact information.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the "Magic cast net" on received net material. Completely unuseable and a complete scam!! Do not buy ANYTHING from these people.

This is a fraudelent operation. Probably already re-branded by its owner, as the website states "4th July Sales has started". Stay away. I have filed a report with econsumer.gov and notified card companies and web host provider. I paid through PayPal and filed a claim against Onetreesavings.com with PayPal and suddenly Onetreesavings.com made a refund via Paypal. I sincerely hope PayPal, Apple Pay and others including Cloudflare (web host) stop providing services to Onetreesavings.com including its owner.

Horrible experience. Total scam. Chinese knockoff Dropshipping at its finest. Ordered a golf net w/Mat paid 59 USD. Received broken and damaged net that looked nothing like the picture and no mat. Searched alibaba and found similar net for 12USD. Contacted customer support blew me off with the "we'll pass your issue on to our team" email. Of course no follow up ever happened. Caveat Emptor!

Bought a golf net with hitting mat based on the pictures from their website. The product received came from China and looked nothing like it. The mat never arrived.
The return shipping would've costed $23 from USPS, $30 from UPS. Not worth it for a $50 product.

Well I learned the hard way! I usually check out websites before I order from them if I’m not familiar with them. Well...I ordered a trampoline water park, it’s supposed to go around the top of the trampoline and you hook your hose to it. The pictures looked great, it was in a legitimate box on the website, the website itself had great reviews for it. However, what I got was just a piece of crap. A long rolled up, thin, garbage bag like material with holes throughout it, zip ties to hold it to the trampoline and a plastic connector to connect to the “garbage bag” with zip ties then the hose on the other end, to secure with zip ties. The hose wouldn’t even fit over the other end! It came with no instructions, upon emailing them they sent me make shift instructions. We were beyond mad. I then emailed them asking how to return as it was not what was pictured or described! I have yet to hear from them and that was 5 days ago! I guess I’ll be eating the $25! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM ONETREESAVINGS.COM! It’s a scam of low quality crap from China!
