I’ve been using the VPS for a little while now. The performance is descent overall, and the setup wasn’t too complicated. The support team is pretty fast to reply. For the price, it’s a pretty solid option, even if there’s still room for improvement.

Worst VPS provider i have ever seen. Refuses to change an ip address that is clearly reported, or proceed to do a refund.

I'm really happy with my VPS from Onetsolutions. They delivered it super fast, it works great, and their customer service is amazing When I had a question, they got back to me really quickly and helped me right away. Plus, their prices are really good, so it's a great deal.

I recently rented a VPS from Onetsolutios, and must say I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Setting up the VPS was a breeze, and when I encountered a minor issue, their support team was quick to assist. They resolved my problem within minutes!

I'm a OnetSolutions customer for 9 months to host my private cloud solution and I think it is a good provider considering the price. The control panel isn't great but I can live with that and the technical support usually answer fast.

However, this month my service was stop by lack of payment while I did have payed. I opened a high priority ticket but the billing Support took almost 5 hours to admit their mistake and put my service up again. They didn't even apologise to me and, when I complained about that, I got an ironic response...

I was so angry that I almost cancelled my account. However, as this is the first problem I had with them, I'm going to give one last chance.

You're mistaken about the time it took for the initial response. I opened the issue at 14:46 and the first response was 17:48. I even sent a message at 16:49 complaining about the delay...

Regarding the payment, I always payed my service at the 1st day of the month with the same recurring PayPal payment - nothing changed this month. You always send me reminder emails between the date the invoice is sent (17th) to the due date (3rd), but I always pay on the 1st. I like to pay my bills on the month of the due date but I think I'll have to anticipate OnetSolutions payment as I don't know if I can trust it...

About the irony, I'll post it here for the reader to make it's own conclusion:
Me: "It's a shame my e-mail and personal cloud services were offline for almost an entire day for your mistake and I don't get at least any apologies..."
OnetSolutions: "I would like to present my sincere apologies for the incident that caused the interruption of your email and personal cloud services. I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been for you.
Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide."

PS: My service was down for almost 20 hours. Did you discounted it on the next invoice? No. What would it cost to you to start my service when I asked to start first and then check the payment because it was a mistake?

Update 20/08/2023:

I'm done with OnetSolutions. They just suspended my service without further notice because I posted a transcription of the support ticket here.

This service provider is not great.
For the first few months everything was running fine, but now after trying to reinstall my OS once the entire thing just completely broke. First the VPS was stuck in a installing state for almost a full 24 hours, after the first two hours I created a support ticket which was never responded to. Then I decided to just to buy a new VPS, this new VPS refuses to let me login, I have tried reinstalling, I have tried the KVM console. And I don't even want to attempt to contact their support just to get a response a week later when I need to use the VPS now.

Save yourself time by spending a little more money on a service provider that actually has good customer support and UX.

Edit: The only time they actively email you is when you leave a bad review...

Despite the website saying deposits non refundable, there was an error with cancellation of services and paypal continuing to pay them. Glad to say £850 was refunded without issue, thanks to the helpful support.

Provided VPS solution is quite fast. I had couple issues with network however support team resolved the issue within couple days. Prices are competing with the market. If the bandwidth would be higher than 150mbps or 200-250mbps options, would be great however price/value rate is quite satisfying.
