Excellent Costumer Service

One up has such awesome costumer service. I emailed to get replacement lock bolts and a worker Charlie sent me a whole new actuator kit for free that arrived the next day!! I was very happy as I got to ride that weekend. Couldn't recommend this brand more.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, and great customer service. My 14 year old son contacted One up components and Tom responded almost immediately. Thank you very much, you’ve made a young mountain bike enthusiast very happy this weekend!
Would definitely recommend, a well deserved 5 star rating from us!!

Absolutely spot on

Absolutely spot on, we ordered some parts but the guy's advised us that maybe we didn't need everything as we would have ended up with two cables, so impressed with them for letting us know, really helpful indeed.

Great people, even greater customer service


I can’t speak highly enough of Tom and the team! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Every question I had—no matter how many—I was met with patience, clear answers, and a real willingness to help. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and it honestly made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Huge thanks again Tom for the great help.

Wonderful, Wonderful One Up!

No praise for One Up Components is enough praise for One Up Components. Mountain biking is not a cheap sport/hobby. However, One Up buck the trend by making innovative, stylish, practical and well designed products at realistic price points. Their products just works… and work well.
Even if you do find an issue with their product, people like Fraser in their support team have knowledge, care and dedication to get you back riding again.
Well done One Up.

My excellent and trusted OneUp seat post had a technical problem - largely due to my neglect 🤷‍♂️ - but very helpful advice from Tom on customer service. Recommend company to deal with. Many thanks.

Great product, great people

I'm so glad that the company that brings long dropper posts to the market is made up of great people who care about getting you on the trails. They were really helpful in confirming that I was ordering all the right parts. I then had a delivery issue and they've just been so easy to deal with. I love when MTB companies are enthusiastic about riding. I'm recommending them to everyone who needs a dropper post.

Great Customer Service

These guys were awesome when I had/having a real bad experience with a tart of UK bike shop.

They managed to arrange shipping of a new seat post, shipped from Canada to my door before the company in the UK could even respond to my email and the post was with me before the UK company could refund me for the mistake.

Communication was very good and they follow through with promises, gives me high hopes that in the event of a warranty claim i'd be taken care of well.

RETURNS COMPLICATED

COMPLICATED RETURNS

great products ( they really are!) BUT nothing is as frustrating as complicated returns policy

Email required requesting RMA number ( i.e. old school). First attempt returned as undeliverable. No returns form with order. No returns via website (unlike most of the major players like Wiggle etc)

UPDATE: subsequent communiqué’s show they’re a decent bunch who seem frustrated by damaged returns, hence the convoluted returns policy

OneUp replaced a broken air cartridge…

OneUp replaced a broken air cartridge charge-free on a dropper post, which was a gift without a bill and warranty. The support answered in less than a day, and a new cartridge was on its way within a few days. Amazing customer support! Totally recommend them!

No nonsense product and excellent customer service

Awesome company, great products and out-of-this-world customer service. I bought their V1 dropper post used and after some time, the post developped a light squeak. After contacting the customer service to see if this was something I could fix with a service ou bushing replacement, I was told that this post needed to be sent out to OneUp for internal testing and that they will send me a fresh new V2 for replacement! Again, I did not buy it new from them, it was used and this is how you know a company stands by their product, no matter what.

Had a warranty issue with a bicycle part - they were very quick to respond and dispatch a replacement part free of charge.
