This is the best customer service I've ever had, I contacted them by email about how I had broken the seal on my keyring, asking for ideas on how to fix it. Not only did they send me a replacement , they also sent me the 5 piece flower petal grinder for free! This and the regular 4 piece grinder are hands down the best grinders I've personally had or seen others using in my life. The teeth in the 4 piece shred the buds in a way that leave you with a fluffy result, and I love how you can choose the consistency with the 5 piece. Also the keyring is great, couldn't recommend them and their products more, will be a customer for life!

They also threatened me that if it wasn't clean enough (to their liking) for the return they would void the warranty.

I purchased a flower mill as well - I like it easier to use (my hands are quite numb)

I have Magical Butter Machine - works great - makes too much tincture.
