Low quality locks
OnGuard locks are a lower price than others I like, so expected the level of quality is expected to be lower, but I the quality was lower than I was expecting. We bought 2 different chain locks, the housing around both locks fell apart within a few months of light usage.

Onguard lock pointless junk
Bought the pitbull lock. Didnt even last 3 months. The lock failed to open leaving my bike vulnerable over a number of nights. And damaging my bike paintwork trying to unlock the lock.
Again. The lock failed at its very core feature, which is to open and close.
Secondly it is sold as diamond secure. No way. That is totally false. Its no way near.
It took around 3 seconds no lie, with a grinder to cut the lock and eventually free my bike.
Again every day my bike was left it was vulnerable to theft because of this lock.
I have tried to contact the company and have received nothing back. They are ignoring the issue. No customer service what so ever.
