My husband Juno Account is being used for Fraud

My husband opened account with Juno beginning of 2023 and put no money into it and then believed it was closed. In August 2023 we were notified by Social Security and IRS that an unknown person had requested my husbands Social Security Monies and IRS had a false Filing in his name and these two funds were scheduled to out to my husbands supposedly closed Juno account! He contacted Juno 10 days ago asking: status of the Account, if open to close it and copies be given to him of all activity in this account. Juno first said they closed it, then said a few days later they put a hold, then asked for a copy of his Drivers License, Social Security, Address, zip code. And hold up a sign of that days date. Juno has never let my husband know anything about what activity has been going on. He contacted Evolve Bank and Trust that is the initial platform and they told him Juno’s contact appear to be fraudulent possibly and they have made a complaint against Juno. At this time we do not know what is going on in this account my husbands name is on. The person’s name Sampreetha who has emailed from Juno is possible just fictitious.

They have locked my account for almost…

They have locked my account for almost a week and requesting for my privacy stuff. Why asking for my 3 different banks statements of account when is only one bank is linked to it. What do they need it for? I guess this company is about to scam is own customers.

Best Digital Banking Platform!!!

One of the best digital banking platforms on the market! They’re some of the few that integrate plaid connectivity along with crypto currency purchases and trading. I would recommend hands down! The only thing they’re missing at the moment is free credit building services by integrating credit reporting for normal bill payments. Keep up the good work!

Locked Funds

Locked funds for apparently a mismatch with a recently linked account. My name matches on the account that was linked, so it’s a completely fabricated lie to lock my funds. This “bank” is acting incredibly suspicious and I’d highly recommend avoiding.

RUN, don't walk, away from Juno

I see I'm not the only person who's had funds locked for no reason at all, with no explanation. I can't wait to get my money off the platform and close my account. This company is dying and they're relying on customers to be their exit liquidity. I live close to San Francisco - I may need to walk into their office to get an explanation and some satisfaction.

Might Be The Next Cyrpto Firm To Declare Bankruptcy

Without explanation they locked my account claiming that it was under investigation with their crypto partner zero hash. After my account was unlocked, they locked it again 2 days later stating that my account is under review this time through Juno. Again, they provided no explanation. It has been 12 days I don't have access to my money. I reached out to customer support but only thing they tell me is to be patient and that they are working on it.

While I can't withdraw money ironically, they have no problem accepting my direct deposits through my employer.

I've been in this situation before with Celcius and Blockfi, who locked my account to prevent me from withdrawing money and later declared bankruptcy. I will caution anyone who is considering opening an account with Juno!!!

I ran into a issue with a crypto…

I ran into a issue with a crypto transaction and had to contact support to find out what the issue was the time frame was little longer then id liked it to be but juno is dedicated to delivering the best service. There wasnt a moment i felt like i was forgotten every day it seemed like i would get an email from the woman overseeing my issue and she always made herself readily available and willing to tackle any question i had. In the end she was able to find answers and more importantly she was able to verify the transaction was sent to the correct address for all those who send crypto let my lesson be hope for you sometimes when you send crypto to a address and the place your sending to can be using a different address for a address so when you send the transaction and it deposits the hash may show a different address due to prefixs and so on the block chain uses what i learned was my transaction was successful it was sent toa different prefix and i believe some places test users to see how smart they are and often get off taking crypto from people but juno went above and beyond and came out on top and for that reason alone i will always be a lifelong customer thank you juno

He was able to figure out the problem he was able to deduce what needed to be done updated my account kept me informed the entire time, and was extremely kind in the process. I was skeptical but they have proved me wrong!

When I 1st used Juno they had just had a hack. But after they got the bugs figured out & the kinks out of the system, I think they have gotten everything straight. This whole setup is perfect for folks who have one leg in crypto & the other in stocks. I have sparingly decided to trust them with limited funds. They have a 5% interest savings account also. So I will continue to develop a better situation with Juno as long as they stay the course. I will applaud when they are doing great & criticize what they do wrong. As of now they aren't doing anything wrong & have fixed all problems.

Juno has been a good bank option to me…

Juno has been a good bank option to me so far, I had a bad incident a few days ago (my wallet and phone got stolen), and I have been very stressed due to the consequences of that event. When I reach for help to Juno to see what I can do on my hands to recover from this, they explained me in very detail the required steps for this process. I felt support from Juno during my weak days after that bad incident. Thanks Juno

The best Web3 Bank Card experience I've had yet! With the Juno coin rewards and the 5% cashback. They've doubled my satisfaction with this Web3 payment experience.
