Per aspera ad astra.
Firstly, about the battery:
The battery arrived, which is 1 year and 7 months old (Varta C22). I was not expecting this. Please kindly add this information to the product description. These batteries from 2021 on Amazon.de with delivery (58 euros) are cheaper than yours without delivery (64 euros ) + 11euros delivery.
The sticker on one of the transport caps is torn. Has it been used somewhere before?
If everything is perfect, it deserves 5 stars, but I deduct 2 star for the above-mentioned observation. I believe it's fair.
Delivery:
Regarding the shipment, the purchase was made on Sunday, the shipping document was registered with the carrier on Monday morning, and the battery itself was handed over to the carrier on Monday evening. Why wasn't it done by noon, as promised on the website?
Please don't misunderstand me, but all these observations are only for you the benefit. I really hope that you will take my recommendations into consideration and that your business will only improve!

We have been using the battery for 2 years now, the car is idle more than we drive - but it always starts the first time!
