Disappointing Experience Overall

I was initially interested in the service because it seemed like a straightforward way to access a trading software. However, after making the payment, I was told that in order to gain access to the software, I needed to buy this course — something that hadn’t been made clear upfront.

After that, communication stopped completely. I tried to reach out and even requested a refund, but never received any money back or further response.

The lack of transparency and support was very frustrating. I hope the company can improve its communication and refund process in the future.
