Great experience
Selling my gold bars to Kitco went very well. The pickup by courier option was excellent.
The only thing that could be improved would be to make it clearer that there are 2 types of RCM bars when selling. Overall a great experience.

Merge old, unaccusable account with new account
I wanted to make a purchase on a new account I just opened but had a question about using PayPal. The person who assisted me was able to merge the new account information into an old account that I had not used in over a decade and couldn't access because of an email address change and answered my PayPal question. He also assisted me in completing an online purchase I was trying to complete.
