Many issues with bank set up
Many issues with bank set up. They use plaid which has been a real pain. The same banks works fine when I buy with Apmex. They lost out on a few $15k purchase from me because of this.

I had conflicting experiences with 2 different representatives. The first, a woman couldn't seem to identify who I was. I hung up on her after 10 minutes of contradictory information. The second was a man named Carlos. He was very helpful and explained the process clearly.
