I ordered 2 items from QUAL
I ordered 2 items from QUAL, a Draytek router and a Lenovo notebook, despite the laptop being ordered after the router, it arrived the following day ahead of expectation. The former, despite QUAL's best efforts to be on a next day, DPD the carrier, spectacularly failed to deliver and falsified their attempted delivery report. The products are fine, their choice of carrier may need looking at.
