Disgusting company. Blamed me for damaged goods!! Only got to send it back for a refund because it was through PayPal! Then I had to pay the return cost on the large item which they wouldn't help arrange! Because I'm not a business this cost nearly 250 pounds!! I've been told that I can fight for it back but I just haven't got the energy to be bullied by these people! Do Not Buy from this company. The fact they trade under a different name is strange too!? Direct furniture supplies was who I thought I was buying it from!?

Ottaman small double bed delivered very quickly. there have been no issues and it looks lovely in my daughter's new bedroom. Very pleased with the service and bed so far.
Man on the phone was very friendly when i ordered and answered all my questions. I might even buy me a new bed from there.

(Same company with dfurniturestore.co.uk). Very bad experience. They sold me a double bed with PU leather that has the worst quality of PU leather (it tears like paper if touched wrongly) and when I asked for them to send new parts, after proving by photos the problem, their response was that I have to send back the faulty parts in order for them to send new ones, meaning half the bed(!!), that will cost me almost as much as the bed! (Nottingham to Blackburn!!). The pulled it off on ebay, they are trying to pull it off on Paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
