After signing up through AutoExpert.com.au, I was informed that someone would call me within 48 hours (on business days). That time was greatly exceeded (a week), before I made the call to Georgie myself. I appreciate that at the end of the financial year, things would be quite busy, but a courtesy call to say we will get to you ASAP may have been advisable, even an email.

After me making contact, the process was from then, excellent, and the sales guy, Jack Jamieson did a great job and I am very happy with the result.

Michael was my contact with Georgie. His attitude and professional approach were very comforting and I found him to be an extremely positive, helpful and friendly person. My experience with Georgie was excellent. My contact there was Jack Jamieson who is a courteous, patient and helpful chap. The entire process was easy and I reckon that they saved me around six thousand dollars on the purchase of my vehicle. They found me the car I wanted and arranged its delivery. Were able to get me a vehicle for 32000, down from a list price of 37000 on the dealers website. I just wish I had purchased my first car with them. I must confess I was a bit skeptical at first but at the end I was impressed by their service.
Also being a first timer, the service was offered free of charge.
