I have purchased quite a few bits and pieces for my old Hilux, from new shocks to a complete filter service kit.

I’m in a remote town in southern wheatbelt WA and the parts always arrive promptly and usually within a week.

Your desk staff inconvenienced me on pickup the order at your warehouse. My phone was damaged and I couldn't retrieve the email with the order number. He used my name and phone number and told me I hadn't ordered anything since 2021. That was a load of crap for a start. As I was in the area I decided to pick up the part. I then had to find a place to repair my phone at Chermside at cost of 150.00. I then went back with email and I was given the ordered part. I live in Redland Bay on a Island. My advice try harder you prick. I have purchased numerous parts from you for two vehicles over the years.Did I get an apology. When I returned? NO.

Dealing with Online Auto parts was the easy part and products were good quality.
However, the transport company was far from acceptable. Dispatched from Brisbane on a Friday for delivery to Toowoomba Wednesday . Then advised there was a 48hour delay so delivery would be Friday morning.
After calling the "call center in the Philippines was told the goods were delivered to the Toowoomba depot on Tuesday . Only other choice was to visit the local depot to collect the goods however they were still packed in the Tuesday crate. Upon waiting for 30 minutes they evenually got my parts out. Then forwarded emails advising my delivery had been completed. Suggest you get another courier for outside Brisbane.

Really happy with the product received. Part arrived quickly with no fuss and of course the price was fantastic. Can highly recommend using Online Auto Parts again 😊

So glad we found this store.
Had ordered a part on Ebay and even though it said it was for our Model car they were just a tad too long.
This site was clear with measurements and what cars they're meant for.
Postage was super fast and well packed and they fit perfectly.

Found the replacement part for my Hyundai on their extensive website, payment process easy and delivery within days.
Had the part installed and mechanic noticed unfortunately the part was incompatible.
SMS'd their helpful support team.
Sent videos of error part and was given option to refund or replace.
I opted for replacement and that parcel arrived within days.
