Based in Germany, despite the site being covered with "UK" and only listing a UK trading address. Once you order, THEN you find out your parts are coming from Germany, will arrive on '????" and there's nothing you can do about it under any circumstances except wait and be fobbed off by customer services.
Then they'll send a condescending reply stating "We don't hide anything" when they're a German company with a 'co.uk' domain and their shipping policy is about 12 clicks deep on their site. Also, I could not find ONE mechanic who would touch anything with their logo on. I returned all of my order about 12 days ago and have still yet to receive my refund. I also ordered 4 bulbs, all of the wrong models were shipped to me.
And while I'm here responding to their response to my review, I'll just add on that this "International" company, who "Doesn't hide anything" about the fact they're shipping from overseas, sent me a Left-Hand drive steering rack for a right-hand drive car. Fortunately, they packaged it so badly it was completely destroyed in transit. Otherwise, they would have refused the return, saying that I ordered the wrong part. So the 2 instances of dishonesty from them actually cancelled each other out! This is the one benefit I can see to ordering from OnlineCarParts.co.uk or as they're actually known, Autodoc.

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars)I had an absolutely terrible experience with Onlinecarparts.co.uk and strongly advise everyone to stay clear of this website. I placed an order (Order ID: 169911490) totaling £356.79 for a complete set of front and back brake pads and rotors, making sure to use my vehicle registration number to guarantee fitment. I had no idea this company was just a front for Autodoc until after checkout, and the transparency issues only grew from there. The entire process was an absolute disaster from start to finish. It took over eight working days just for the delivery to arrive, and despite using my registration number, the parts they sent were completely incorrect and useless for my car. I sent the items back immediately, but the return process has been a complete joke. It has now been over eight working days since the return, and they have only issued a partial refund of £124.96. They are still holding £231.83 of my money for absolutely no reason. This is a ridiculous and unprofessional way to run a business. I wish I had taken the negative online reviews seriously beforehand because they are 100% accurate. I am now forced to have my bank intervene to get my remaining money back. Never ordering from here again, and I will never suggest this website to anyone.

Utter garbage avoid at all costs.
I ordered a very specific car battery and they sent a motorbike one instead before insisting on this ludicrously long winded returns process which today has been going over three weeks. They have my item I returned, yet keep asking me the same questions and saying it will be another three weeks. Honestly avoid these at all costs. I have ended up paying slightly more from a main dealer for part i needed but at least they are trustworthy. I genuinely think this is a scam website and have now opened a dispute with them via my bank for fraud.

no customer service.
you cannot talk to anyone only through live chat which after 20mins of waiting disconnects you and doesn't get back to you. ordered discs and pads and gave reg number so get the parts right. click what i wanted and they sent me wrong parts. trying to get return label is pathetic. webchat on Saturday said will receive in 2 days and still waiting. how long does it take to send an email for me to print out. BY the way this is uk side of AUTODOC who are just as bad. German engineering great, German customer service pathetic.
I got what I requested and paid for. The only issue really was the lengthy wait I had in receiving it. However, the company has since admitted their error and have kindly recompensed me with a voucher toward any further purchase.

Highly recommend, great prices. Although parts came from Autodoc, they were so much cheaper than Auto doc’s website! Fast delivery, as described and well packaged! Will definitely be using them again if I need anything

Although offering excellent value if they send you the wrong parts it is very difficult to return them or get a refund. They have a 14day return window which can be difficult if the parts look OK but are wrong when trying to fit them (brake pads in my experience)

I checked your site and you had what I needed. No hassle and no bullshit what you advertised was what I got not having to send it back as it was the wrong part. Also ened to end tracking.

Requested a return for faulty/defective parts and after 5 days they have still not reviewed the return request.
Despite the name of the website, it's a brand for AutoDoc who are based in Germany. So parts do seem take a little longer than you might expect to arrive.
