Seamless onboarding experience and rapid dispatch. Item arrived well packed with icepack and still cool. Only odd omission is some pre-injection swabs.

Really disappointed with this company.
The doctors are not on the ball at all.
I’ve been using a product from them for three months. My 4th order on the day of dispatch I was told the order was on hold as the doctor wanted more information. What have they been doing while the Oder was placed four weeks back?
They asked what my blood pressure is?
Why was I staying with the same dose, which had already been answered and agreed.

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered online with a very straightforward form type procedure, the very next day I began receiving automatic updates on the status of my order which then arrived just one day after. The courier couldn't have been more helpful and contacted me for directions to my location. In the meantime I also emailed online clinic with a question on the product I had ordered and they came back to me with a detailed answer within 24hrs. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish and would highly recommend using this site.

One query I do have is why I was charged another €1 as a separate charge?!

My delivery came and one of my boxes of pills was missing. So a bit of an ordeal on the phone but got it sorted in the end. Daniel Sutton was lovely and had the other box out to me two days later.

I'm very happy with the online clinic. The web side is easy to use and quick. For general medication it saves me a trip to the medical center . The only thing I didn't like the last time I orderd something was that I couldn't choos the country I'm living in so I had to use the chat which wasn't a big deal but it took me longer to get the order done. Personally I'd appriciate if you were starting to post medication outside the UK again.

this is the best online service, when i placed my first order and they said i will get my order before 3pm the next day, "i was like yeah right" because i was ordering from the netherlands, just before 3pm my order was at my door, i could not be happier with the service, i've told all my friends and they are all happy with the company,

Online Clinic dispatches ordered goods discreetly packaged for next day delivery as promised. My prescription (Viagra) is pricey to say the least..

Online Clinic was a pretty helpful way to order the medication I needed. I'm actually abroad right now and am not familliar with pharmacies and such around here. This service made it a lot easier to find, order and in the end recieve what I needed for a pretty decent price.
The only negative was that when it came to shipping I was a little confused. Under the Delivery international info it says "Wherever you are in the world, we will dispatch your order to you free of charge using Royal Mail's International Signed For service if you are outside of the EU." I'm outside the EU, but found myself paying € 17.95 for UPS Express to recieve my order in 3-5 business days.
Other than that, it was easy to use and I was quite satisfied with the service.

i found service first class , online support very helpful and delivery very fast .i wish to confirm above my experience with my first order , but tried to reorder same product four days later to be told the price had gone up by 20 sterling ,check price bought from other supplier for original price , also online support lady not very helpful this time .
