ZERO stars!! This website is an absolute scam! They took $560 then tried advising me that their accounts had been shut down due to “hackers” and I would need to transfer to a different account (which I didn’t at this point knowing I had been scammed). When I stated I contacted my bank and they had advised he had in fact received the money, he then sent me a fake logistics transport company email with a tracking number stating it would be here in 1-3 days. It did not arrive. On the site it states a full refund will occur if I had any issues and every time I try to ask for a refund, they say “I’m busy, email me and I’ll do it later”. This and their logistic transport website are absolute scams! Do NOT do business with these people. My bank is currently investigating them but I’ve been advised the chances of recovering money are slim. I’ve reported the websites, email addresses, multiple phone numbers and names to scam websites and the police. AVOID ATT ALL COST!!!

Avoid this service altogether!!

This place has no store front. They ask for a down payment on the item you want by cash app, then you have to trust the item will be delivered. He will then give you a time window and day for delivery, but never follows through on that time/day. I gave this man three chances to make good in a one week span, which he failed to deliver on. When I tried to call him after missing the window of time for delivery, on 3 separate occasions, he usually did not pick-up his phone, and if he did, he would make up multiple excuses.

After I got really upset on the 3rd failed attempt, he said he would refund me, and when I submitted a refund request by Cash App to him, he responded via text by telling me "I will process the refund for you. It is a process. Everything requires a process". After that, he decided to lecture me about how busy he is, and that he has 1,600 customers, and that there's no reason for me to get upset.

His favorite expression is "just be patient, we'll get to you, don't worry". The phrase of "Over Promise, and Under Deliver" is real from them. He did say he would be willing to try to deliver to us again if we were still willing, but he's clearly shown to be flaky, so we went a different direction.

Better to buy brand new and spend a little more...at least you know what you are getting for a service.

To this moment, we still have not seen our refund for the $50 down payment we made last week. We have reported them to the BBB and other local commerce entities to hold this business accountable for their unethical business practices.

The company Melo play.com... my Experiance with them horrible..i brought 2 rolls of silver foil adhesive tape..which eventually arrived so at this point i was somewhat satisfied..even though they proved to be onselling a product which was much cheaper elsewhere...but it was 13 days later i was shocked to find meloplay had taken 60dollars out of my bank which they claim happened because i did not tick a box...i knew nothing about any subscription...anyway i argued with there staff and they assured me that my subscription was cancelled....but no mention of me getting my 60 dollars......The People i dealt with Shareef-Maverick and Jessica....i hope i save good people from this Company...

JJ's Prom. What an awful experience!! We paid $140 for a homecoming dress and paid extra to ship it fast. When we received the dress, it was NOT as shown. It was made from a completely different material, finish and color. It also had loose seams. Photos available.

The same day, we emailed the company to complain and ask for a refund. They will only refund if I pay shipping back to China for their crummy dress. I told them I need a shipping return label. They refuse. They offered a 50% refund. I'm not I terested in that. They falsely advertised a dress that they didn't deliver and they want us to pay, again, for shipping?? I think not.

Do not buy from JJs Prom!!! Ugh!

If you are looking to start a company, I warn against using:

1) onlinecompany.com.au
2) formacompany.com.au
3) trustdeed.com.au

All three are the same company that have just been rebranded. With respect to my experience:
1) They have very poor customer service, several times the consultants would outright lie and/or provide misleading information if it would get you off the phone, getting conflicting information depending on the consultant you got.
2) They over promise and under deliver – they promise to create a company and deliver the documentation within a day, however this took over a week.
3) MOST CRITICALLY - They refuse to take accountability – the work that the team produced was riddled with errors – in some instances, instructions for the person filling in the template were left on the finished document e.g., the words “(DELETE ONE)” was present in the constitution.

Upon pointing these out to their customer service reps I was advised
A) to correct the errors myself with a pen (for the printed docs by scratching out the errors and writing in corrections)
B) Recreate the documentation in word myself and print it out if I want a correct copy.
Their team refused to correct them in the system and reprint out the documents, so if I want to get these corrected, I will need to engage real professionals to have this sorted.
Don’t go through these guys – however if you don’t take my advice and do, I can’t stress enough that you go through all the docs with a fine-tooth comb.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX. Their website shows pictures of beautiful and cheap merchandise. I ordered some purses. What I got what NOT what was shown in the picture!! Total fraud. It's cheap, because you don't get what is shown on the website.

Do NOT order product or give your money to the online company Beppie! They advertise beautiful wooden jigsaw puzzles on their website and they are having a going out of business sale.

I believe that they are, indeed, going out of business and don't even have the product they are still advertising. In mid April I ordered 3 puzzles at a discount rate (now the discount is even lower) and instead of the large size puzzles I ordered and paid for, I received much smaller, mini versions. I wrote to them multiple times to ask about receiving either the correct product or a refund. When they finally responded, they said that the pandemic has adversely affected them, that they are going bankrupt and they could only offer me store coupons.

This turned out to be a company in China - I did not know this when I placed my order. I have been trying to order directly with companies rather than going through Amazon, but this may have to change. I have been duped now by 2 different companies in China in the past 2 years.

Obviously, I've got do more research before buying direct, online. Bottom line, Don't buy from this company! Definitely a scam.

Excellent customer support and easy to use website.

I went on the Market place through Facebook to find a refridgerator. The company I dealt with was Z Appliances also known as the Wilborniti company in Memphis Tn. The owners name is Annakia Wilborniti. We setup a date and time for delivery. I waited for three days till it finally came. The refrigerator was filthy in and out. I paid 525 for it. While Bri going the fridge in my kitchen they bent my metal door off the hinge, they scratched up my wooden floor and tore rips into my new linoleum floor in 7 places. Annakia Wilborniti said to send him picture's of the damages. I did. He will not answer my calls or texts. What should I do? I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

The UK phone number on their website does not exist. I was told by my telephone service provider that it is a FAKE NUMBER that doesn’t exist. As soon as I paid 250 USD to them, and refused to transfer my Bitcoin, a man named Simon stopped calling me. I could tell with his Swiss accent that he was calling from Switzerland. And when I started asking him questions, he dropped out of touch. No more phone

Amazonaus tell lies, lies, all lies they are crooks and cheats do not touch this site and give any money to them. All the reviews are from their employed staff and fraudsters management. I know because I have dealt with all of them. Check Whirlpool site for honest reviews. Affiliated with AOSSAUS PTY LTD and Amazonaus. SCAMMERS BIG TIME!!!!
