Out and out scam that has a “Lucky Data” catch that locks the funds that are deposited and then holds them ransom until you deposit more!! These people need to go to jail!

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT GET BACK TO IT CUSTOMERS, THEY SELL ITEM YOU RETURN THEM AND THEN THEY DO NOT ISSUES REFUNDS.

I still have not received my item after 3 weeks

Still waiting for our gas hair straighteners, on your web site we were promised them on the Monday 2/10/23 still not received them, tried to ring to speak to someone it's just a tone and not ringing ,tried to track the item not telling me anything, this service it totally rubbish, I will be I touch with the bank and get them involed for a full refund ,

Didn't take money from my account immediately, put order on hold for some inexplicable reason.

Claimed the product would be delivered on the 18th or 19th of April, as of the 21st of April product has still not arrived.

I bought the product from another retailer then out of the blue you emailed me saying my order was processed, so I had to cancel the new retailers order.

All hassle, time consuming and still no product, not a great tagline for your business

Zero stars!!! Wish I had read comments in here before ordering. Only 2 out if the 3 items delivered, now cannot get in touch with company in any way. AVOID!!!

Absolutely dreadfull! It took over a month to arrive and their responses to messages in any form were virtually non existent. I received only one message back apologising and claiming it would be sent out the next working day - it wasn't. In fact it only got sent after I said I no longer wanted it, oh and for some reason the transaction went in twice but thankfully I only got charged for one (so far). The website, which does not show my order, said the best way to contact them was via Whatsapp but they don't even appear to have an account. I was convinced it was a scam but thankfully it eventually arrived albeit with a dent in the side and one panel detached. There was no packaging to protect the box it came in.

Order received and confirmed receipt of payment, payment had been made in PayPal but business has not taken them. Funds reserved in PayPal since 19th December, and can't be released until 18th January when it will happen automatically if the business doesn't taken them. Nothing shipped to me, just a complete waste of my time. They don't respond to emails, live chat is fake. I'll have to get my refund by phoning PayPal and arguing it with them.

Easy to order and a great price. It did arrive a day late but that is sometimes un avoidable

Tinfoil for food use just had the label stuck to it. Send photos of damaged item. Yet to get a reply.

Zero stars. Order acknowledged. Goods never received. Email ignored. Avoid.

Would avoid buying from this company. Item out of stock but still let you purchase. Seller communication was terrible. Thankfully I’ve had my money back now
