Don’t bother
Unfortunately I’ve had to come back to leave an even lower review.
I was prescribed with wegovy. When it was time to dose up, I entered the exact same information as before but was rejected on the basis of me allegedly saying I had a disease which I most certainly did not say, as I don’t have it. When I’ve explained, I’ve been patronised, ignored, spoken down to and it all feel personal. I used boots as it is a reputable company but to me, it seems the online doctors are the furthest thing from reputable. I’m feeling bullied by the staff at this point since they are trying to take this away from me for no reason. If the case is I shouldn’t have had it, why get my hopes up and prescribe me in the first place. I phoned up, with the hopes they could help and was also met with rude, dismissive behaviour. This back and forth has been going on for over 24 hours with no movement because they’re asking me the same questions I’ve already answered numerous times about the disease they state I said I have. Extremely disappointing and upsetting. Spend your money elsewhere.
