Fairly quick responses although an error occurred on processing a payment which was taken twice for same product.
When I informed Boots it was corrected but I now have to wait 5-10’days for return of monies which is not acceptable. It was a Boots error,
therefore, monies should have been returned instantly.

When I have called up I spoken to a few doctors and all were very helpful gave me advice on how to reorder medication of my mobile as I’m not ok with using mobiles also helpful when asking medical advice

Antihistamine eye drops like Olopatadine and Ketotifen should be available just as Claritine and Fexofenadine are available for OTC purchase. It's 2026.
