This is a scam, you pay 50.- to get a approximative assessment, without prescription. They take your money and tell you to take an appointment if you want accurate assessment and a prescription. You cannot write back, you cannot ask questions and the options to describe you condition is very limited.
Don't use the app, go see a doctor right away.
The website is well-built and the submission process is flawless.
But the answer received after un few hours was rather disappointing. A general comment on the submitted photos and an invitation to consult at the practice. It gave the impression the doctor did not even read the additional information given...
Highly disappointing, all they have done is telling me to go to the doctor, and that costs me 50CH. this is close to fraud.
I thought that I payed for a consultation plus prescription so that I can get treatment, not that I'm sending pictures for my own curiosity. And when I was unhappy with the service they refused to give me my money back.
