I had occasion to contact customer services as a product I’d purchased had a fault, all I can say is their customer service ethic is second to none! Absolutely fantastic service, my problem was resolved in a very short time with minimal fuss, Faahkierah was helpful, professional and efficient.

So I placed two orders and for some reason the delivery company failed yo deliver. I still don't know what happened.
I got in touch with Online Home Shop and at first I was very cross. I wasn't going to recommend them to anyone however they have been brilliant. I received a refund for one order and the second order they have resent the items at no extra cost. I haven't recipe the items yet but im sure I will. I also place another order. I cant compliment there Customer Service representatives more. Thankyou.

I expected a delivery today , but when I saw who was the courier I didn’t hold out much hope . The driver said my address could not be found , that happens frequently with this particular company , no gps ? The courier message said contact ohs , so I phoned customer care, I though I had phone a personal number , as it sounded as thought it was in someone’s living room , this was of no help , in fact he hung up on me . So emails have been sent , to try an establish when or if I receive my purchases . Will I buy from them again , NO .

So pleased with my new Summer duvet from Online Home Shop. Excellent quality and great value for money - OHS is definitely one of the best sites for home bargains. I am definitely hooked and keep up the good work!

I have bought so many things from OHS from coverless quits double And king size towels again hand towels and jumbo bath sheets, rugs and many more things found to be very good quality. Easy to Wash never loses it shape. I have recommended OHS too many people thank you for great service and excellent delivery.

Misunderstanding regarding delivery but Limeez in CS soon got that sorted and my order was resent and arrived very quickly. All curtains were good quality and as described. Will definitely be using again.

I have been very happy with all my purchases, delivery is pretty quick and everything is well packed. The only bad experience was a clock being smashed on arrival but that was done in transit as the box was damaged. It was dealt with immediately, and a replacement arrived a few days later.Prices are also very good specially in the sale.

Only problem I have with OHS is wear do I put it all ,have so much bedding now, just to many bargains.
