Their employees are complete a--holes, they lie on the phone saying they have been contracted by google and apple, and that they're not able to take you off their call list because their system will add you to the database next time someone searches your business online. At this point I just answer to waste their time and now they just hang up on me but keep receiving this calls, the owner is a mexican by the name of JoseSebastianEsquivel in Florida and changes their managers like he changes his underwear, their office is located inside a weight loss clinic and used to have a couple of other companies in the past called Zoomster and FirstClassMediaLLC as well as another one called VoiceSearchLocalLLC. OnlineListingSolutions is just another one of their fronts they use to scam small biz owners charging them for a non-existent service to perform a solution for a non-existing problem.

This company are complete scammers. They constantly call even though I've told them I'm on the 'do not call' list. I ask them every time to stop calling me. They never comply, they just hang up. It took me over 6 months to finally get someone to tell me their website. They use outsourced call centers to reach out then connect you with your 'listing expert'. Bottom line is they are charging exorbitant amounts of money to do something you can do yourself with Google. Also, interesting enough, this company doesn't even have it's own google business listing!!

Scum company!!!! I’ve told them 29 times now that I’m do not call list. I’ve filed 23 FTC complaints about them ignoring my demands to stop calling. They spoof local numbers.

This is a scam. They're just trying to steal your information and money. Do NOT give them any information.

What a joke!! Very persistent in getting a card number and when I told him my biz card was not available to use at the time...I asked for a phone number to call back and ironically the call got disconnected....hmmm!! Don't waste my time...or your own!!

These guys are scam artists and everyone should not share any information with them. Buyer beware!

Besides the deluge of at least daily calls asking if I am the business owner, and stating that the call is about my business's Google listing and online presence, the salesman (Robert Mercado of Burgin, New Jersey) committed dishonest salesmanship when I told him I previously did not subscribe to their service because of its cost. He asked me what I thought the cost was. I said "several hundred dollars". He said the cost was $249 for a lifetime. I agreed if it also meant a discontinuance of solicitation calls. The truth, revealed after the initial charge was processed, is that a monthly $149 payment is required. The Filipino-sounding customer service representative (Aleah) who received my call after discovering this truth answered my direct questions with silence.

Scam claiming to be associated with google. Moreover, they hire indian scammers to scan potential victims.
Just criminals.

HORROR COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE, be aware that they are going or offer you registering your business for $400 then They are going to apply an owner business discount and ask you to pay $199 one time payment, but they don't want to send you a contract or bill, they ASK you for the entire credit or debit car info xD People STAY SAFE!!

Constant harassment by phone
Minimum one call a day, guaranteed to call every Monday from non-return-call numbers like 636-204-4322. These calls have been happening for over a year and today was the day I listened even after telling them (as I do every single call) to please remove us from their call list.

The reps are vague every call and say they are calling for "your google business listing" and help you "claim" your listing. Fernando, you are rude and need to get into a better line of work not dealing with people. When I began to express the constant calls and not knowing what your company was you said "if you'd let me speak". Amazing. Wow. First class rudeness.

When a company is cold calling people, and a person tells that company to please remove them from a call list the correct course of action is to remove them from the call list. When the company reps INSTEAD disconnect the call and continue calling repeatedly, even being told every time to stop, this constitutes harassment.

I will be following up with as many resources as possible to ensure you never call my company again and hopefully begin to take these 'do not call' requests far more seriously. Deceptive business practices, telemarketing while misrepresenting your services by omission of information or being vague is something that I deeply abhor.

You picked the wrong one every single time, but today I am the right one. Good job, Fernando. (That last line is sarcastic, of course. You have in fact done a terrible job, Fernando lol)

If I could leave less stars I would. MONTHS of repeated calls, I’ve asked to be put on their do not call list, I’ve asked for a supervisor, I’ve asked if they are located in the city and state in which they are calling from. Always the same, always that annoying “blip” when the call is answered. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!

I'm finally displaying correctly on Google! I've had issues with my listing for a while and the analyst was able to make all of the updates for me. I also get to see my analytics everything month. Great job!

This company went above and beyond to enhance and create my online presence!!! I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but after being under their wing for 6+ months, my online analytics have skyrocketed!!! They agent Corey was exceptional! I am now receiving calls left and right and when I ask customers how they heard about me, they say on GOOGLE!!!

some random caller calls.. they don't answer questions, then he transfers me...That guy give me the web address but when I ask for a number to reach them,,,he is suddenly gone..SCAM You want to help me but you can't prove who you are?

This company calls multiple times a day and I keep asking to be taken off of the list. They use multiple different numbers to call from. This is very frustrating and takes time away from more important matters.

Awful telemarketing that never stops. What's the point of calling people after they ask you not to?
