It was very simple, quick, efficient and high quality!

All I had to do was upload my pdf document, verify my information, wait for a Notary for 1 min, and he verified my ID and filled in all the rest of the pdf document very quickly and with care.

The video call to the online notary was very high quality. We can both see and hear each other very clearly.

Extremely poor costumer service. I'm trying to contact this people regarding a service that I paid for it but isn't longer needed because the birth certificate that I was trying to notarized could not be processed. It's very disappointing that I have to contact my bank because this people just don't care about others money.

Tried to get a simple POA notarized for use at the DMV. It took me from Friday until Sunday night - Did 4 attempts at their "click here to connect securely with a notary" procedure and each time I eventually abandoned after 15-20min waits without response. On the 5th attempt (day 2) I finally was connected to a notary, payment was processed and then 24h later .. still nothing. My document status was "pending" and not notarized still. Sent multiple messages without getting any response and when I finally managed to speak someone in their chat box, after a couple of minutes of idle wait, i was told "can you try to download it again". So much for their slogan "Notarize Your Documents in 5 Minutes or Less". The only thing that took less than 5 minutes was the billing. VERY SLOW SERVICE and unprofessional - worse online notary service i have used so far (and it came recomended by ChatGPT..) . Defo never using anymore, not worth paying a couple of $ less if there is a 3 day wait.

It was my first time using the service, as this is kind of service is not available in my home country of El Salvador. The person who helped me was kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone that needs it.

Horrendous waste of time. I go through the whole process and am sitting here endlessly waiting for an agent, while the system says to hang tight because im next, and finally I get on the chat and they tell me the service is closed. So why didnt the site tell me that before I went through all the BS?

Firstly, we should not trust to any positive public reviews about this service. The company manipulates its reputation by promising to pay for reviews. In the end of the transaction the user gets a screen saying "we pay you $10 if you review us online". To be ownest, I tried to do that. And they cheated me - they didn't pay me anything. They just said back off...

Tried for an hour to get my process complete to no avail. Their system is horrible and unreliable. I gave up and regretted the wasted time. Decided to go old school and drive to a real live person. Will never bother with onlinenotary.net again.

the worst notary and customer service, I tried to notarize my address for a mailing company 6 times and they keep cancelling without valid reason. the agent makes me wait for good 5 minutes then cancel on me every single time. the live chat dont work nor does their phone.
they are useless, waste of time, stay away from them for your own sanity.

Absolutely rubbish. Was forced to use this software via postscanmail.com which is equally rubbish. If you are a business or consumer avoid this product at all costs if you value your sanity. 0 stars.

I am providing an update on my experience dealing with onlinenotary.net. I finally got my problem resolved. Though it is still hard to get in touch with them if you have a question or need to speak with someone by phone. I'm upgrading my rating to a 3 star in lieu of 1 star because things were resolved to my satisfaction.

I spent nearly an hour trying to get their system to scan my documents and "verify my identity". Once I finally got it to work, I was presented with a request to select the country of my second ID, but US was not available to select. Contacted customer chat support and explained the situation. The representative sent me a link that asked me to upload a photo of my foreign passport (I do not have a foreign passport) and the customer service rep told me to "ignore the foreign part." I ask them what was going on and said this seems rather suspicious. I was immediate responded to with, "You can go in person to notarize." And that was it. The rep stopped talking to me, never responded to anything else. I do not recommend this website at all.

I spine well too soon. After haggling with a representative how much they quoted to reimburse me for writing a good review for them… I literally placed a review on my website for them. It was removed after the vendor informed me the notary did not sign in the right place causing me to loose nearly a weeks access to the service the notarization is required for!

No one answers the phone. Chat support is pretty bad. They don't know how to help you. And they don't politely end the chat. So tech support is pretty well a warm body that's it.

Tried twice to call them, never managed to get to anyone. Waited 25' the first time, currently at the 34th minute of waiting in the second call.

They say "Open Live Chat if you need help after 15 mins no one has joined." Got no replies there either.

At this point I'm quite confused. Is this a scam?

I never knew this service existed. It was extremely convenient and fast. The notary I spoke with was very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend this company.

Very Hectic and Frustrating. The Notary Agent is not getting on Call. My documents rejected 20 times with Lame Reasons. Frustrating Customer Support. onlinenotarry.net saying now that "You may visit a US embassy in your country to have the notarization completed." Wow! Now i have to wait 2 3 years for appointment with US embassy to notarize address.
