Delivery to Sweden was 2 days late, likely the shipping company’s fault. The pen is elegant and beautifully engraved, customer service is fast and attentive, and the packaging was stylish. Will definitely buy again — they’re the best

The shipment arrived late
The shipment arrived later than expected! I chose the option express shipping and they said it will arrive in 1-3 business days. It arrived after 7 business day, and I really needed the parcel to arrive within 5 days so i had a gift ready for a special event!!
I'm so dissapointed that they weren't clear about the shipping time!!

Long shipping time and non informative GLS "Track&Trace" info
The web site is quick and easy to use but then, the shipping time is far beyond expected and non informative when using the recommended GLS Netherlands"Track&Trace" facility.The update frequence is too slow and the GLS "Track&Trace" site is a mix of English and Dutch even when English language choosen.
It is annoying to let a costly luxury pen spend a long time in transport. Seven days for Sweden compared to another retailer in Benelux who does it in 24 hours with another carrier company. I experience every hour in shipping as a risk.
Finally, it would be desirable that the outer cardboard box is oversized so that more shock-absorbing material is used. The pen received in its exclusive gift box was too tightly packed and exposed to external damage of the card box. It still went well in my case.
