I have just written a scathing email back to their "quality management" as they have refused to refund an order after they delivered so-called 300gm2 business cards. I have seen 180gm2 paper at better quality! The cards are thin, bend easily, the edges damage very easily – not what 300gm2 does, and the ink rubbed off onto neighbouring cards in the stack.
I have used this company a few times over the last few years – it's never been like this! Their email response of "this is what 300gm2 paper looks like" shows how much they take their clients for fools.
I went elsewhere and got exactly what I asked for for less money. So there you have it.
I recommend that you avoid them. And for the record I never leave reviews – that is how irritated I am about their answer.
