My little A8 cards (10k) were rubberised. 250 pcs per pack.
We didn't talk about when I ordered it. It was ab extra work from them.
The priming is perfect and the thickness too. Thank you very much.

My order has gone missing
My order has gone missing. Rather than deal with the issue the customer service agent blamed me for not raising it with them sooner! Apparently it's my job to chase my missing order with the shipping agent rather than them noticing on their own site that a delivery is 2 weeks late and still pending! I won't be using them again. The customer service agent was extremely rude.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, no order confirmation email received what so ever, when as a customer we assumed order has gone through and will receive a delivery but weeks later the with no sight of delivery when contacted the company, received a lame and rude response as if the person has least interest in having a customer.

Onlineprinters are ace! DPD are awful
The work carried out by onlineprinters is exceptional. I can't give them the full 5 stars due to the fact they only have DPD delivering orders for them and DPD wouldn't receive one star from me or my customers. Please please please have the option to use a different delivery company!
