Worst product and service ever!
Received 500 blank transparent stickers with the answer: "Please note information form the product page that white cannot be printed on a transparent sticker material"........

High quality results delivered quickly and with competitive price. They also have a broad choice of papers and finishings, and the user experience from selecting the item to confirming the payment is well streamlined and intuitive.
The only cons that comes to mind, is that they require a 2% additional fee if you pay through PayPal, which should really be avoided as it discourages conversions. I will definitely make business with them again.

Ordered brochures , when received they were out of sync. complaint and offered £500 in vouchers on the next purchase . Rang every day to get a refund. We double and triple checked that what we sent was correct but they added an extra page and will not accept liability . You can never speak to a manager , threatened with the long distance EU laws and court action . I have never had such a bad experience in all my life . Please be very aware this is a bad company and you must take care , my suggestion is don't use them if you want to lose money like me £2000.

The website does not make it clear that your artwork needs to be to the correct format before you press the finalise button. The message (which they call an error message that does not say error) which pops up when you upload design after having paid tells you that they can adjust it to fit but it may not be perfect. There is then no alteration prospects and no way to preview what you just purchased. Within a minute of pressing the button I called their customer services and spent the next hour trying to alter , cancel, adjust my product bought with my hard earned money to be told everything works by computer and no alterations cancellations or anything can be done. The company is not British anyway... it is German, Just make life easier and use a company that makes it easy... they were not really any cheaper anyway.

How these people run a business is beyond me! I made an order on 14th December (100 flyers).... There normal processing time suggest 5 work days plus shipping. On the 23rd I ring them to ask if I will have my flyers for Christmas.... I am told we will look and find out and promised a call back. This happened 3 times. No one could tell me where my order was or if it was even being done. Then Christmas goes by, meaning my order is basically useless... On the 28th I receive an email saying sorry - my order was and I quote "Lost in Production" What the?!!?! and here is the good part... I should make the order again... My god! Like it's my responsibility... So I said no way. Now I am promised it will be delivered before the new year but it is the 29th and the order status is 'Processing' .... DO NOT consider printing with this pathetic, irresponsible firm! Probably they only care about the large $$$ orders from McDonalds. So if you make a small order, forget it!!! Never experienced such bad service in my life of ordering things online.
