Shite place ran by pure cabbages

after waiting for over 40 minutes, i then emailed to ask for the code. a reply came through telling me they'd get me the code shortly. the code arrived.... it is the wrong code. go to online radio codes instead, correct code within minutes and it worked perfectly. will update review if a refund is issued.

No response and no code, took payment but nothing in return.

Calling the number seems to go to a private landline. Fake business, do not give them your money. Call your manufacturer instead

Since I wrote my original review things have happened. On Tuesday Oct 1 after I had written my previous Trust Pilot review I got a message from OnlineRadioCode.co.uk. asking how they could help. So that answered my headline query: "Do they exist." Next there was a quite convoluted series of exchanges, which resulted in my receiving a radio code. By then I had put the wrong code too many time so couldn't key in the new code. Yesterday, after a long journey with the radio turned on, it reset to a mode for keying in the new code, and hey presto! it worked! So I now have my radio functioning again.
I have revised my experience to three star, because I eventually got what I needed. I think the problems arose because of communication difficulties, and my advice to the company would be to sort this out, because potentially they could offer and excellent and valuable service at a reasonable cost.

Hi guys, Watch out!, these guys are thieves, I purchased a code, and once they got the money, they never answered me. Be carefully, total scam.

Waited almost an hour for the code and nothing came through. Tried their online "chat" function but no one there to respond. Ended up going to a different site where I go the code instantly. Shall be requesting a full refund but doubt I will hear back so will go though my bank.

Total Scam,, no code delivered,, they wont answer the phone or respond to emails,, contacted my bank to recover my payment,,,AVOID AVOID AVOID

Qashqai Code received after 30 mins and worked. Perfect

They asked for a photo of the serial number after it was already given. I could not take the radio out again to do this as my partner was away using the car. Asked for a refund and 10 days later still waiting for it and a response to the 2 emails sent.

Went online to get a code for a vauxhall vivaro renault traffic radio during the transaction the website went down, it said someone would contact me but im still waiting.Complete scam money taken and unable to contact anyone in the company

Buyer BEWARE. Installed a used radio for one of my customers, saw this website which stated "Codes in 5 minutes". After waiting 15 minutes, I sent a message and received a response that their "code server" is in maintenance mode and that they would get my code as soon as they could. Half hour passes, NOTHING. I then sent a message to CANCEL my order. ignored. Sent two more followup messages within an hour to cancel and refund, both IGNORED. Contacted my local Dodge dealer, they provided code so I could get my customer on their way. Three hours later, sent a FOURTH message to cancel and REFUND, ignored. Next morning, contacted cards issuing bank and had charge reversed

0 assistence. I put wrong code for a mistake and they answer me after 2 days. They dont refund me

Wow!! Got the code in 11 minutes from Mike. Punched it on the car YAY all good.

Don’t use. Scam. Got a mail from someone called Mike, after I gave him the serial number and other information. I was told that it didn’t work with my model. No refund. Of course I suspected it might have been a scam from the beginning, but gave it a shot. Do not do the same.

SCAM DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Mike takes your money but you won't get a code or a refund! And your calls and emails are not responded to.

Don't respons on my request. I want to pay by PayPal. this website seems to be scam.
