Defect in their boot

There is a defect in the tongue that causes extreme discomfort in their boot. I filed a warranty claim and they refused to take care of it because it’s not visible. I assume if there were visible defects they wouldn’t send their shoes out, that’d be silly. Well, I assure you, I can FEEL it both with my hand and while wearing the boot. I wouldn’t order from them again. They are not concerned with sending out bad product. For reference, the left boot is perfectly fine. In fact, if both fit like the left boot they’d be great. When you run your hands along the tongue of the left versus the right it’s evident there’s something in the tongue of the right that shouldn’t be in there. So, I have $230 worth of useless boots now. Thanks On Running.

2nd gen bluetooth smart fit…

I ordered a 2nd gen bluetooth smart fit watch. I didn't receive any confirmation information, so didn't know whether it had gone through or not. I emailed them asking if they had received the order, again no answer. The watch then arrived 10 days later, but it's faulty, tried to contact them but have no other way other than going through their website & then they don't get back to you.

I bought the Smart Fit Band and love it! My only complaint is that I have to charge it every other day. I was hoping for at least 4 or 5 days on a full charge but I only get about 2 days on a full charge. Other than that, I would recommend it.

I purchased a purple Fit Band from…

I purchased a purple Fit Band from Online Running Shop (NZ$59 USD$39.99) & received an ID107 HR smart watch & lime band (NZ$15 USD$9.99) after 13 days, which was expected for an overseas purchase. It was in good condition, although the screen protector had air bubbles like it had been taken off then replaced & there was 1.27km distance on the tracker which looked like it may have been used before. When I setup the ID107 HR with the app I rebooted the device which reset & cleared the data. This particular make & model sells for $20-30 cheaper from other online stores. They advertised that it is waterproof & provides a GPS/Map feature of your exercise, although the Veryfit app that you have to download to your phone does not have the map feature. And on the manual that came with it, it said Waterproof: not for swimming or diving. The colour was more pink/magenta than the purple from the advertised picture. I had only just setup the watch & still have to trial how it performs on the wrist & did provide this honest feedback on the Facebook page, expecting that I would get a response to solve these few issues I have (which some may have been user error) But rather than a response or help, my comments were deleted & I was blocked from commenting. I still think that the value even at $30 nzd more is good for what you get in comparison to a Fitbit etc, but I would’ve expected that my total purchase of $106 would have warranted me some assistance with these problems. I don’t think these people are runners & the products are definitely not very running specific products. There are plenty of general online stores that also sell there products, I would not use Online Running Shop again, not for my running needs & definitely not for their sub-standard customer service.
