Power adaptor failed after 6 days. I have been trying since January 2026 to get my refund. Seller comes up with various reasons why they cannot refund the money and now does not even reply to any messages that I send.

Bought a remote of these from eBay they sent the wrong one which was also a late delivery.

Contacted them to return it as eBay had refunded due to the wrong item sent.

They advised me to chuck it in the bin as I got a refund from eBay they weren’t bothered.

Ordered another from Amazon not realizing it’s the same company same thing again no delivery from seller no response to my emails.

So personally I would not advise anyone to use them as they are based in Ireland and don’t tell the truth about the longer Daly’s in posting the delivery times.

Delivery on time and tested product love it

Do not use this company - they refused to honor a legitimate return, I have asked my credit card company to help

Failed to appoint a credible carrier (Whistl - worse than Evri) to collect & deliver a television remote control purchased on Ebay. When delivery was overdue the seller (onlinesparesdirect) assured me they would send a replacement. After nearly a month and several polite emails still no proof of despatch provided by seller. Forced a refund through Ebay dispute resolution. Buyers beware, not a company I would ever use again.

Cannot get in touch with with this company they keep saying use email but it get now are so I’m sending my parcel back asp,it also did not arrive on the day it should have it was 16 dec 25 when it arrived it should had been the 11 dec 25

Based on my experience, and contrary to a few reports of successful delivery, I have received no order confirmation, no items, and absolutely no communication.

My Experience (5 Days):

Items ordered have never been delivered.

No confirmation email was received from the company.

Zero response to multiple emails and WhatsApp messages.

Recommendation: Do not lose your money or subject yourself to mental distress by ordering from this site. It is strongly advised to find an alternative, trustworthy vendor.

Great range of proudcts and deliver on time as promissed

My initial experience was disappointing, as I received no response for over a week to requests for an invoice/delivery note via both email and WhatsApp, which led to frustration. However, I am revising my rating to four stars due to the subsequent handling of the issue. The company's CEO personally reached out, offered a full, unprompted refund for the stress caused, and provided a detailed, honest explanation regarding their automated communication system failure. I greatly appreciate the transparency and the fact that the company took full accountability for the mistake. This level of honesty and customer care, while following an error, speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers.

Experience sane as recent reviews in October 2025- something is not right with this company, no confirmation email, nothing received even though I paid £8 for next day delivery, no replies to emails and a phone number that they no longer take calls on. Wish I had read the reviews here before wasting my money, steer clear.

Originally given 1 star 3/11/25 update - received phone call to apologise and explain that their systems had caused problems with orders and will send out the item tomorrow and refund extra postage. Changed to 3 stars provided it turns up this time

Scam company. I ordered and paid for a remote control. No email confirmation received but money taken. I tried contacting them by phone but their line is no longer operating. I emailed them but no response. Luckily I paid by PayPay and was refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not waste your time OR money. Ordered a charger received no confirmation email no replys to any of my emails after contacting them numerously. Money was taken. Very disappointed. KEEP CLEAR

Having complained on this site last week, I received 2 replacement controls in the post today, so Thankyou very much. They are for an elderly neighbour who is housebound and depends on her tv to keep her sane. She will be over the moon. Thanks again.

Ordered a replacement remote yesterday and its just arrived this morning.

I ordered a remote for my LG Oled tv. It would not pare up with the tv, so I tried to phone them but their line doesn't seem to be working, so I emailed them. That was 6 days ago but no response.
