I placed order online, they took £20 deposit but never sent any collection details.

I have messaged them through Facebook and sent them emails and had absolutely no response from them

I'm now waiting for 30 days to lapse so I can issue claim through my bank for a refund and I'll also be sending all the information over to Trading Standards.

I had a pair of trousers that needed adjusting because it was a bit big for me. For years I didn’t wear it because there are no visible tailors in my area in the UK.

After a long search, I found one but the local tailor charged me an amount that was four times the amount for a brand new pair of trousers. I couldn’t go ahead with it so I went online and found Online Tailors.

After looking up the reviews - which weren’t exactly favourable to them, I almost didn’t go ahead with them, but something within nudged to give them a chance, and I am so glad I did. They were truly amazing ! The model of their service, the customer experience from start to finish, the quality of their work and the turnaround time (48hrs) were all excellent. I couldn’t believe I paid a total of 20% of the cost the local tailor charged (this 20% also accounts for forward and return postage cost).

I am writing this review for four reasons: 1) for my appreciation for their incredible service; 2) for their dedication to doing great work for customers; 3) for their ethical approach to business; and, 4) to give a fair review that truly reflects the outstanding quality of their work and reflects a true picture of the quality of service you stand to get if you used them.

it's a scam - avoid. Sent off a skirt, they were efficient about collecting it but then never heard anything again and email address was unrecognised. Guess they change it every now and then.

I have used Tailors Online plenty of times. They are very professional and able to do complex alterations with zero mistakes. And it looks like original.

They are always on time and provide services within 24 hours without extra charges.

They have excellent team of drivers and tailors, their response time is excellent.

I recommend Tailors Online to everyone who needs some alterations abd or dry cleaning.

I had a coat relined including the pockets. Within a week of the repair, one of the pockets had started to become unstitched. Despite repeated messages to Wasif, I’ve been ignored. I’m not chasing any more but as I already put a decent review on trust pilot when the job was first completed (as I believe in helping small businesses) I also felt it appropriate to leave a poor review due to the lack of after sale customer care.

Absolutely APPALLING service and ghost business. I booked them for a collection on a certain day. Not only they have cancelled and rescheduled the day without even asking if that worked for me, when I tried to contact the person for a refund he ( whoever he is, I have no idea ) said you'll get your refund at some point. When I asked that will be, he simply said whenever it gets there.

So, the person speaks no proper English to begin with, two weeks later and they still haven't refunded me. An absolutely scam of a business that I will report. DO NOT trust this so called company as they will also rip you off.

I have used Online Tailors a few times now and I have been every happy with their service. Their alterations are to a very good standard and at a great price point. I have also had an instance where there was a misunderstanding and they kindly re-do the repair for free. I was very happy indeed.

Unbelievably unprofessional. They claim to have a 24 hour turnaround. This is a lie. Took them 9 days to alter a pair of jeans. They did not call me once to provide an update or apologize for the delay. I had to chase them up and even then they could not provide an ETA and were treating me as an inconvenience - on one occasion I was told “Not today, we will update you tomorrow morning” at 20:30 despite advertising that they work until 22:00 and despite being online on the live chat (needless to say they did not bother to call me the next day). On another occasion I was simply told that the driver will contact me whenever he’s about to deliver and that’s pretty much all the information I could get. No date, let alone a time slot.

Now - the quality of work. It’s passable. Not perfect by any means, but passable. The jeans fit well and after a 9 day wait I was just happy to see them back, so I couldn’t be too bothered about a couple of loose threads.

On the positive side, the driver that collected and delivered my jeans was very polite. The prices are reasonable.

Overall I’m disappointed and I wouldn’t use them again. They are either very inexperienced in running an online business or simply don’t care and take advantage of high street tailors being shut these days.
