I’ ll edit my review since they say to review “problem solved” to issue my refund but then, I don’t receive any refund on my account. It’s an honest mistake and I ask them nicely for the refund since... See more

I am not aware that I have subscriptions in yoga fit and they deducted an amount in my gotyme bank without giving any details. Thanks to Van cause I was able to refund my 50% subscription.
I somehow found i was signed up for something I didn't intend to sign for. As soon as I could, I applied to cancel my subscription which was done almost immediately. Thanks for the help Kenny.

It was a great experience !
They do fraud
They do fraud. Their customer support is unproffesional and rude. They still take your money even after you unsubscrubed. I did not even create an account with them. I was paying for something online I wanted and in the same time subscrubing to this website without knowing.

Fraud, targeting vulnerable young people.
My 12 year old son ordered a wireless charger via an ad he saw on TikTok. Next thing we know his bank account has been wiped out with multiple payments to this company.
Contacted them and apparently it's an ongoing subscription to yoga and mindfulness, which he allegedly signed up for... Despite never being informed of this.
As other reviewers have said, the company will not refund the charges and apply further charges to cancel the subscription that the customer never consented to.
This is fraud. If you have had a similar experience please report this to the police as this is a criminal offence.

AVOID TOTAL FRAUD
AVOID. Total scam. Don't know how they got my details but they've been taking money out of my account for a fictitious subscription I never signed up for. Bank is pursuing them. Phone doesn't ring out and emails not returned. The response below is also fraudulent. My bank investigated. If you want me to amend my review give me back the hundreds of pounds you took from my account. Bank has confirmed fraud.

SCAMMMERSS! BEWARE
SCAMMMERSS!! BEWARE
I got an email saying to pay 2.00Euro for a UPS delivery and confirm address details. Which I didn't mind paying as I was expecting some parcels from abroad and assumed this related to customs fees.
3 Days later I got 31.00Euros taken from my account. apparently that 2euro was a sign up to a Yogaonline subscription which I know nothing about.
They dont pick up the phone and and have to contact them via online chat. They advised they will cancel the contract and refund the 31.00Euro which they did and then took another 6.95Euro for cancelling the subscription. So that's a total 2.00 plus 6.95 euros stollen from these EFFIN SCAMMERS.

I would give less stars if I could
I would give less stars if I could. I did not sign up to this website, and have not received any account details or emails. I have had a subscription taken, which I have queried, and the online chat is a joke. They offered a refund of 50% with 50% remaining in credits for online purchases. The credits are not showing but when queried, with screen shots only moments later, they said thee is no online credit possible. I said I only reluctantly agreed to the 50% (after lots of trying for full refund) on the basis of the credit, but they literally just ignore this, and say no not possible, despite showing the earlier chat with an employee. So frustrated. I will complain and report as they do appear to be operating openly and honestly.

SCAM - BEWARE
BEWARE - SCAM. I received an email asking to pay 2 Euro for a parcel which hadn't had import duty paid, through BHL. I followed the link and paid the money - there was a photo of the parcel with my details on the front. I didn't recognise ordering from this company but I order a lot of goods online. No parcel arived. When I looked at my bank statement I had a pending transaction from onlineyoga for £18.69. I went onto the online yoga website and queried via live chat to see what was going on. They said that the 2 euro I paid was to access/subscribe to their membership site, and not for delivery of a parcel. If I didn't cancel within 3 days the subscription rebills, which is what happened. So I thought I was paying 2 euro for import duties on a parcel, but actually I had signed up to a subscription and they had my bank details. With no information or knowledge that this is what I was doing. This is definitely a scam.
