Taking payments after error that it is unable to process and don’t refund double payment

Onlyfans is a fraudulent and sketchy website/company and are low-class unprofessional con artists. I spoke to a criminal named Lucille at Onlyfans customer service support about getting a full refund from a scammer named Alice Little and she flat-out denied my request referring to their ridiculously inane bs terms of service. Onlyfans will suspend your account and hold you to ransome because they are so bitter ,juvenile ,petty ,and pathetic crooks that they lost a nonfraud dispute to me that I filed with my bank over their completely dissatisfactory content that's not even worth paying money for . They suspended my account
due to clawbacks/chargebacks , and demanded that I pay back the money for the content or it would remain inactive . I made it unequivocally clear to them that I didn't want the substandard ,crappy,and horrible content from Alice Little and they wouldn't listen and adamantly insisted on me paying the money back ! They couldn't get it through their thick heads that I just wanted to take the content back and in return for me to keep my money ! These people are illiterate charlatans, bilkers and theives !Please avoid doing any business with Onlyfans at all costs . There are much better websites online who won't rob you of your money and will unlike Onlyfans actually treat you with respect like a valued customer ! They let these sketchy and inept content creators like Alice Little do anything they want and get away with it ! They take their side over the customer who is the one making them the money ! I am making this review so that Onlyfans , Lucille ,and Alice Little will not be able to get away scott free with stealing my money ! I am writing this negative review to warn any potential victims of these miscreants . Onlyfans are the arrant worst social media website that I have ever had the misfortune of using ! They are bilkers and cretins .

I was recently blocked by an ,OF content creator, scammer,and swindler named Alice Little on Onlyfans 4 days after I purchased some content from her . I asked for my money back because I felt disrespected ,and was completely dissatisfied with Alice Little's substandard and terrible content . She then blocked me and I filed a dispute with my bank on Monday 4/28/25 and I was able to get my money back permanently after I filled out my banks dispute form as well as providing sufficient evidence. All of a sudden on Wednesday 5/21/25 I found out that this fraudulent company called Onlyfans unfairly suspended my account and asked for me to reverse the charge back/refund . They are absolute criminals ,theives ,low-lifes ,and fraudsters who should be put out of business indefinitely They are extremely petty ,vindictive, childish ,and immature. I never even had a chance to explain my side of the story . Instead they are so biased ,corrupt ,unprofessional, and incompetent that they took Alice Little's side because she is an Onlyfans content creator and they apparently value them infinitely more than customers. What Onlyfans fails to understand is that the customer is always right . If I want my money back I am fully entitled to get it back if I am disappointed in the content. They could have just simply taken the content back from me but they went too far and overstepped their authority on Onlyfans. I never thought that a company could be so low-down that they will suspend my account after I got my money back from shoddy content I wished to get a full refund on . However obviously and unfortunately this is exactly how Onlyfans conducts business in a very shady and dishonest manner. They should be sued out of existence. If any one uses Onlyfans please block Alice Little and don't subscribe to her. She is a 4 foot 8 red head and is a world-class con artist and crook . I sent Onlyfans Support multiple emails to rectifiy their blatant and unethical mistake of suspending my OF account Mr.2110Sandman for no logical

Tutela per chi spende inesistente.
Si viene spammati di richieste di soldi per questo o quel motivo costantemente. Contenuto di scarsissima qualitá ad altissimo prezzo per la maggior parte dei casi.
Si trova di molto meglio gratis che spendendo 1000 euro a settimana qui come mi è successo purtroppo di fare.

I make an example. Creator selling a content saying, in this video I masturb myself naked. You pay 50€ and the video is an instagram video of the creator making stupid dances fully dressed. (Sorry for being so explicit but the website sells this kind of content). When complaining, the content creator replies “it was a tease but you can find the content you wanted in this other video for other 50€” and when you say “I won’t pay 50 more € if I don’t receive what was promised to me now” “you get as reply “because you are broke and cannot afford this ahah”. So in the end you pay and the creator does what she want. Outrageous

Onlyfans sell the idea of interaction between a creator and subscribers to their profile and the possibility of buying content from the creator themselves.

However, Onlyfans now allow the creators to bypass or replace themselves with chatbots or even worse, third party chatters that are trained to chat you into buying content at a premium price because "you are communicating with the creator directly".

In other words, Onlyfans is OK with impersonation fraud. They don't require creators to disclose that they have an unknown number of other people pretending to be them in the direct messages.

This creates a serious privacy concern. There could be 10-15 chatters from an agency impersonating the creator who share the information subscribers give when chatting to what they believe is the creator. This info could end up anywhere.

I was personally approached by a very popular creator who wanted to make up for having posted a PPV without marking it as previously posted content. Instead I was tricked into buying another expensive post with very misleading description. They later held a fake fan interaction event where subscribers were mass tricked into buying misleading content by agency chatters. They quickly closed down the comment sections to hide the evidence which is the only place for subscribers to talk about the experience.

Onlyfans need to return to the core idea of the site and in particular implement a zero tolerance towards the use of a chatters or bots in fan interactions. Creators should be required to inform their subscribers about any involvement of a third party on their accounts.

Onlyfans also have a questionable practice of silently deleting purchased content if they see fit. You won't even get a notification about it. Even though both parties in a purchased video gave their consent to sell the content when it was purchased, your purchased consent will still be removed if one party pull back their consent a year later.

By allowing bots and agencies to run creator accounts, Onlyfans is turning into an automated system of impersonation fraud.

Don’t be like me. I promise you are almost certainly not speaking with the actual or getting live content from them. All you need to do is read the contract between a fan and a creator section 12 part E. Or terms of use section 13 part A. Onlyfans allows use of third party chatters by creators. They know the content you are receiving is most likely not legitimate and that agencies run the creators pages for them and old recycled content is used. They do not care. This is all a scam to take advantage of lonely desperate men. Go outside, exercise, find a hobby, and practice actually talking to real women. If you still want to continue, remember that this is all a fantasy and these women really don’t want anything to do with you and only want your money. Onlyfans only exists to capitalize on the loneliness of individuals. Just look up the networth of the CEO. He certainly didn’t get all that money in such a short amount of time from being nice or helping others. I was wrong to even go on here, but I was lonely. Be better than me, man or woman, take care of yourself, and stay the hell away from Onlyfans .

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen, incredibly lazy, takes them days to respond just for them to not even help at all when it’s just a small issue that would take less than a minute to resolve with any human intervention.

A top creator MrsRobinsonvip scammed me out of $160 on a tip for item deal. I contacted OF support and got a email from Roxanne of their support staff. She told me to screenshot the dms for proof of the scam. After sending her screenshots she requested she acknowledged it said they would look in to it. After anther 6 weeks MrsRobinson sent me the wrong item, not the deal we made or what I paid for wrong item. I informed Roxanne via email were she pointed me to their TOS then said Onlyfans makes no guarantees and mrsrobinson "provided the promised content" even though she absolutely didn't. She made a deal she had no plans of honoring, that is called a scam. In the creator conduct section of their TOS there is rule about providing promised content in a certain time frame and not engaging in "misleading or deceitful" conduct. If OF enforcement of their own TOS is selective and there are "no guarantees" then they are not rules. They are heads we win tales you lose. I quit OF after that. Play at your own risk. I sent the $160 tip to MrsRobinsonvip July 19 2023.
