- it has always worked perfectly great for me. They’ve never had any security breaches or financial problems. The models are way better. The majority of Onlyfans “models” don’t even compare! Overall my experience with Onlyfans was hideous, except of one girl who was honest and hot. But in general, Onlyfans is a money-waster. This “service” is extremely overpriced, taking into account its low quality, constant overcharges and financial issues and frequent security breaches.

So far almost every model I have sent a message to isn't actually them responding. It should be banned when a model says this is the only place I will respond to messages and then they use an agency to do all the chatting. I understand some get 100's of messages but I would rather wait a week for a quick response than be chatting to some guy eating popcorn on his couch at home. They should at least have to admit on there page that they may be using an agency on there behalf to respond.. Very scammy behaviour

Models just never stop sending content & the prices are crazy one tried to charge $60 for 1minute 30 seconds & so far all content i have paid has been so dull & boring its totally shit 🤬 1 star is too much

The creator extorted money I was supposed to give the video and instead blocked the Pomic onlyfans account closes the support ticket and I don't want help with the return of ADMIN8STRATION OF THIS PRAT PROTECTS SHAMERS AND THIEVES.

Is really sketchy and a bit scammy. Wallet credits are non-refundable even if they are deleting your account for some reasons… Also they are very bad at customer support. They do not verify your age when you are a customer (only when you want to be a model) and then when you spend a lot of money they send you after 2 or 3 years a verification link. you don’t have to verify but they do limit your account. when you verify and they realise that you were not 18 years old when the account has been created, they delete your account and you loose access to your paid videos or pictures via messages or other stuff you paid for. And also they don’t give you a refund of wallet credits. So they let you spend money but then they take everything away from you. If you are not 18, you are not able to enter into contracts

Having had all this positive experience with them I kind of expected something like that from OnlyFans. But in fact there is no comparison. Despite all the marketing hype around OF, the quality has been drastically decreasing. It is not worth the money they ask for their services anymore. I would give a zero stars if I could, support just bend the TOS to their will so they don’t have to refund. Even though I clearly got scammed as the fake account got removed, but still no refund.

i notified onlyfans (request #14143703) of a person using their onlyfans subscriber base to sell sexually explicit videos involving minors under 18. screenshots of actual correspondence explicitly attempting the sale were sent to support, only to receive canned responses. this has been going on for 2 weeks now, and the profile is still active - open to new subscribers every day. a report with the ICMEC is separately being prepared.
a truly awful situation

This site is just one big scam - I feel like such a fool for falling for it. Agencies run these accounts and they use ghostwriters acting as the content creators. They are not who they say they are! This site needs to be banned and removed!!

Omg just absolutely horrible. Trying to sign up to be a model. Let me tell you, not worth it! Days later and AT LEAST 500 photos later still no approval. They don't understand people are human and can shake so hard as hell to get a photo of your face, holding your ID and taking a flipping photo(I'd must be 100% readable:) that's where the problem is) so yeah definitely declining from years ago... years ago! 1 day and same verification set up but they realized we are human back then. Guess they losing oit on money(made over $300 on a different app so not even joking)
Deleted account after trying for days and no pictures where good enough, but used same email as here and name was Thesexiest2025. After I even froze my ass off outside and got a readable photo with my face I decided I'm not doing the impossible.

Left this platform because it's just full of scammers and thieves. Support doesn't even exist. No one replies, just chat-bots with the same answer over and over again. Absolutely useless. AVOID AT ALL COST. Plenty better platforms for creators out there.

This website needs to be taken down PERMANENTLY.

Fantastic platform that has revolutionised the way to follow your favourite individual and interact with them to message and purchase their most exclusive and premium content for a very reasonable price. The only place to message your favourite content creator and have them send you personalised bundles based on your preferences. Overall I honestly cannot think of one bad thing to say about this platform, geniuses who created this amazing space!!

I paid for content on a creator on onlyfans and when i received the video content the individual looked nothing alike who they were portraying themselves as. The photos and the profile used to market themselves as an individual are heavily altered and manipulated to the point the individual is not comparable to who they portrayed themselves to be just to get you to pay for the said creators content. I contacted them that i want my money back for receiving a deceptive product and they refused saying they give no refunds.

This means they intentionally promote misleading/deceptive content for profit which is illegal by UK law which OF is owned by. I've yet to have a message back regarding stating these things however i thought I'd make those of you that do stumble upon this aware of this manipulation tactic and hopefully legal actions are taken.

If you as support are going to tell me to give you my username or whatever to offer support, my name here is the same as on OF.

They copy-pasted almost the exact same message that i received at first, in response to asking for my money returned after violating the law and completely ignored anything that which i stated or provided evidence to support this cause, proving they are using automated responses.

So i was away over the weekend so i couldn't update this, basically i got 3 messages from customer support person that was just copy pastes then another customer support copy pasting the same generic message again.
Then 14th, Thrusday i got another copy-pasted message after saying I'd be filing a police report, that they'd be doing an exception and refund the money.
The 15th, Friday i responded please go ahead with the refund in return for permanent suspension of my account and any accounts in the future, which they did go through with the same day.

This have been the worst customer support or support in general I've gone through, sounding just like bots copy-pasting the same thing to deny you your money back even after literally breaking the law for profit.
It's not until they realize they actually did violate the law that they decide to actually return your money to not get in trouble or sued.

Now they saved me a bunch of time and effort and i can't go through with this because i got my money returned however since they still continue using the same marketing manipulation tactic that are a violation of their own native laws, they can still get in trouble . Hence I'd suggest you forward that information to someone higher-up or your juridical section to review the content that i reported.
Mainly to help consumers, but also to notify you that you can get in serious legal trouble.
