Scam

Fake. You're going to receive a message from a person asking you to send pictures. It will stop at 20, then no more responses. You can't get the money out because it's not $35. It's a scam. Don't pay the $9.99. Then they'll say no, pay $9.99 for years. They'll take their $20 back from you paying $9.99 both times.
