Horrible
While the ordering process was fairly easy and customer friendly, the communication with customer service severely lacks. I went through the headache of returning two pairs of leggings for a refund, or I would have even taken an exchange. I followed up with customer service about a week and a half later once I saw the package was delivered and I still had no communication from them saying that they received it and are working on my refund. I got no answer and had to follow up a second time, then I was finally answered. Customer service said they were in the middle of a move and would look into my return and get back to me. That is the last that I heard from them, even after sending four or five follow-up emails, until I finally gave up. If we were talking about $20, I wouldn't really care, but when you're talking about $60 to $80 it kind of makes me mad that I'm out that money.
