Not ever again

I ordered sunglasses at Onlylens that said 'available'. They should've taken 7-10 working days to arrive. But: nothing at all after 3 weeks. After contacting customer service they said they would check. Turned out that the color xxx I wanted was not available at the manufacturer. Would I like color yyyy? Oh, okay please hurry up. Then nothing. Contacted them again. Then they contacted the manufacturer: oops, no colors available at all until August. Would I want a refund? After double checking that it really would take till - at least - August I agreed to the refund. They said the refund would take 1-2 days since it was an international order. A few days later: nothing. Contacted them again. No reply. A week later: nothing. Contacted them again. They said they never got a reply from me if I wanted 'the other color (nnnn)' or a refund. Oh yes they did get my reply, they even confirmed they would arrange the refund immediately. And also, they again asked if I wanted a whole different color, while they knew already that no color was available at all. When I had enough and said I was not happy at all, they promptly cancelled the order and refunded it. This time, I dis receive the refund... **within the hour**! I mean, come on.... When I knew OnlyLens had none available I bought my sunglasses at the Sunglasses Shop instead. On their site it said 'in stock'. I received them within 3 working days.

OnlyLens: it seems like they do not keep their site up to date and like to keep you hanging on and keep your money if you do not take action and communicate with them persistently.
And meanwhile; the sunglasses I wanted to order at OnlyLens are still 'available' on their site, while they perfectly well know that they are not available at all.

Fast and reliable!

I checked the availability upfront of the desired item, which has been confirmed available at vendor, placed the order, confirmation arrived same day, and delivery within the week with 24 hours delivery service inside EU! I was fearing about having the best price on the market but I was reassured to receive a genuine authentic product!

Very good!

Fast delivery! I ordered my sunglasses one week ago and it was deliverd within a few days, all the way from Spain to Holland. No complains!

Worst customer service ever

Ordered and paid 21th of july and received only after too many phone calls and e-mails and nervous months almost 2nd month september 8.
I will not order again from this company.

AMAZING

Was unbelievable - I got Chanel glasses for my girlfriend $100 cheaper than anywhere else I could find them and they were shipped to me in the US in 3 days. Can't believe it was such a good experience - it was like an Amazon type of customer experience. Highly recommended!

Wonderful customer service

My sunglasses shipped to the U.S. in a quick and timely matter. Customer service was great through the entire process. I would definelty recommend Only Lens to anyone looking for unique and hard to find sunglasses.

Expectations were not met, bad costumer service

This website offers a lot of different glasses at a good price. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience on dilivery time and the costumer service that was given to me when I expressed my unsatifaction with that.

Dilivery would take 7 to 10 days, but now 14 days later I did not recieve anything yet. I contacted customer service wich responded to me with two different stories aboud the expected dilivery time. Bottum line of thier stories is that I can not expect dilivery of my glasses untill next week. That will be 20 days instead of the promised 7 to 10. They ignoired my question about what they are going to do about that as well.

I'm sure the glasses will be just fine,, but if I had known that it would take so long to get them, I would have just bought them in the store.
