Customer service is NONEXISTENT. The planner was great when I bought it. After updates it has just gotten so crazy. I have been using it for a journal in my therapy. It erases whole pages. You will be writing some in March and then get thrown back to Cover Page. I will be typing my thoughts and feelings about a certain life bump, and all at once deletes the whole thing, after you’ve poured your whole heart out.

I have tried to contact Customer Service 5 times in 3 months, through their Customer Service link on their page. I get an automated message that says that they will get back to me soon. If feel once they’ve received your payment they are done with you.

I ordered in December the bundle and a couple other extras. Still not arrived weeks later even though it was meant to be instant download.
I emailed there several email addresses to ask for the planner bundle if paid for - as I genuinely wanted it.
No response. Even tried contacting through social media. No response to refund requests either so had to request refund through credit card.
I wish I had seen these honest reviews before the hassle.

Loved the first one for 2023. "free updated" one for 2024 is full of glitches. Sent 2 emails about it, no response.

Tried to contact them through 2 different emails and through the Web page but no reply.
Not user friendly, not much instruction on the finance tracker in regards to altering without messing up the formulas.
I did receive everything I have purchased but the lack of response when informing them that a day is missing from the calander and the massive difference between what is shown on the advertisement vs what you actually get is shockingly bad.
I'm so sorry I purchased this and will be looking for a better one.
Also if using android it says to use xodo but it doesn't always save what you have inputted and so you end up starting all over again

They charged my card, never sent me a download link and then blocked my ip address from contacting them! This company is a scam!! I just want my money back however they refuse to answer my emails and have now blocked that as well!!!

Not user friendly and expensive. I wouldn’t recommend at all and regret buying it. Won’t ever use.
