I had an online review after a car accident. I gave them vital information about my condition which they missed off the report. That was the end of May 2022. I’m still awaiting the accurate report and it’s almost November.

Took months to get an appointment with a doctor, only to find out they had sent me to the wrong doctor, had to complain to get the appointment sorted out, now having to complain again as i was supposed to see a shoulder surgeon and was sent to an orthopaedic doctor! Waste of my time and everyone elses
