Don't offer refund- Only store credit…

Don't offer refund- Only store credit minus $5 restocking fee for their discarded/returned products Talked to owner . Unethical company.
As i said earlier , as a person looking to use this product for special needs , I was highly anticipating its arrival and use .But that experience was totally shattered by the late arrival , that too of a damaged product from your dispatch facilities in Lakewood NJ , probably.
I have already suffered and why should i suffer more here by having to pay $5 restocking fee for that defective/inoperative/damaged/unsuable product which in first place is your company's responsibilty to correct.
Unethical company- Chinese garbage . Stay away from this BS.
