lack of communication or better NO communication
for almost now 2 month we try to finish the boarding payment process. no replys on mails, just some infos "everything is okay, we will contact you soon...", now after 2 month of waiting the winter is coming and we are out. overall onpex is just a waste of time, if they cant handle their tasks its okay, but just be clear and communicate it directly, so we wont waste any more time.
