I had a very disappointing experience with On Point Heating & Air. They were assigned to my home through Acclaimed Home Warranty, but they did not complete the job.

When I followed up about the unfinished work, the communication was unprofessional and included comments that I felt were threatening and intimidating. Instead of focusing on completing the repair, the situation became unnecessarily confrontational.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Customers deserve respectful communication and for assigned work to be completed properly.

back in June 2024 they came out after contacting my home warranty company to look at our system, we were told that they would have to install a 3.5 ton system and they could do it for $6425 we authorized the replacement they installed a mix system a 4 ton outside system and a 3 ton air handler inside, which i didn't know at the time it was not a matched system and according to 3 other companies that is what is causing my issues that and the quality of their install. they system will not run longer then 4 to 8 weeks before breaking down, they have replaced expansion valves, inside coils, but is continues having issues and currently has not been working since august 2025 and it's now oct 20,2025 I am talking with better business bureau and Texas hvac licensing board concerning quality of work and installation procedures which were subpar, the inside air handler hung out by 5 inches into hall way and i was told i would have to have a door made for it. i have spent an additional $1500 since they have been out here on my system and still not working, in my opinion you would be better off having your local homeless guy do your install you will be way happier with results I would post pictures of install but this platform does not offer that ability Me and my wife whom our on disability used our savings to have this done and now we are still with out a/c and heat oh by the way they forgot to hook up heat on install and winter of 2024 we had to nearly freeze to death inside temps in low 40's and this summer has been terrible on her lupus, she has been constantly broke out and bloody rashes from heat. sol PLEASE Take my advice use anyone else but this company
