Terrible customer service and communication!
Worst customer service and communication I have come across in a while. It’s a shame because their clothes are cool. I issued an exchange for a larger size after they ignored my first messages asking for size recommendations. I persistently asked for tracking and delivery date to ensure I’d be home and they only replied over a week later when the package had already been delivered to a nearby neighbour who I had never met. I never declared that to be a safe place and upon trying to retrieve it the neighbour said they never got anything. The customer service team were incredibly dismissive, blunt and unhelpful. I am still without any communication nor my package because they refuse to rectify the issue. I will never buy from this shopify business again.
