It's been two weeks since cancelling the booking. Cancellation was done many weeks in advance. They have still not refunded my petty rs 1000. So much cheating. When booking they call many times ina few minutes secure your refund and while it comes to refunding your money they just don't pay you back your own money. Poor fellas there is absolutely no fear of God and they don't know what havoc each person working in that theif company will come across for having cheated practising sadhakas who serve everyone for free. Poor fellas are shameless and ignorant. Please save yourselves never ever book anything with them. Hari Hari

The staff of this company cares only about there sales numbers and how can they impose Penalty for extra revenue after completion of the trip. Be careful with information sharing and timings of renting a car with them. Even if you have informed them that you will need extra days before hand - they will charges over use penalty charges which they will not inform before hand.!!!

The only company have all fake promises. Please don't beleive them. renting a car you may lose all your deposits.

On Roadz car..People are fraud & looting customers. They have very clear Modus Operandi to cheat people.

* First when u visit their website, they have 2 websites..Onroadz.com & Royal Picks.in..They will direct you to whatsapp chat & when u interact with them they will only call u on whats app & direct calling on Mobile they are avoiding, so as you cannot record any calls. Their MObile Nos.9629926888..where we did booking Person name Karthick will give you all good promise & he had confirmed that whatever FASTAG Amount you recharge & what remains unused will be refunded...

* ...and once you transfer the advance payment ...
Then they have their Coimbatore manager..His Mob No.7339205888 who will speak to you & they will ask you to submit your Original License during delivery..Then their first step of cheating will start that your excess FASTATg amount will not be refunded, & they know very well that when a customer is going out of station they will need that & in Fastatg you have to recharge for Minimum Rs.500.00..& they will say that what ever amount which is excess after your trip is complete will not be refunded..and that amount cannot be withdrawn it seems as they have 700 cars & all has only 1 fastag connection...they were making stories...to make those small extra amounts..I guess this the tricks of their managers to make extra money..

* When you return the car...they will send a different guy..not the one who delivers your car.....when we asked that guy about refund he says he does not know & they will call Manager who will act as if he doesnt know whom he is talking to & bluntly said we cannot refund that amount...They are not ready to refund any excess FASTAG amount (In our case it was Rs.500.00)..& they are blaming us why did you recharge ....

* Then their guy(Chandra Mouli..Mob No.9042533513))..Very Rude guy & he is trained for this kind of situation & was very upfront in talking with that rowdy slang & was directed to act like that....will inspect the car and for small stone line mark on bottom most area of bonet in front size, they created scene at our Residence area & claiming it as a huge damage & said to repair that.... After lot of argument in sake of seeing meter reading they took the key and in the meanwhile their some senior guy..called Mr.Manoj had come & he said how are going to settle with this damage...without discussing anything on refund of our amount...
*And Now the worst part....after giving him key for inspection & meter reading...When I asked my Original License, ..as per agreement when they come to pick up the car back they are suppose to return your original documents...but that guy said I forgot to bring that & he was supported by Their owner or Senior..Mr.Manoj....who is also a big fraud..will speak nicely with you but actions are very different....Original Licence is at office & you come to our office to take that. (which is 6-8 Kms from my location).... He said I will drop you back at location, but they never had any intention in doing so & now their Intention was very clear, that once a customer reaches their office, they bully him, force him & ask for extra amount because they have their Original License or documents with them.

* I did not go with them... but they took away the car after pushing me at a side & my Original License is also with them, which I have to forget now, as these frauds are not going to return that in any way....we are planning to file FIR against them for Stealing my license...

Never Book your Car with ONROADZ or Royal Picks ..They will speak politely during booking & once you transfer the advance their real colour is exposed...

Be careful...dont fall for the trap... A learning for us and & Guess for everyone...Understand all terms properly..Have call recordings whenever you book with any one...

One of the worst experience we had.We had a trip from Madurai to Coimbatore
1) We had booked Seltos and Creta but on reaching they gave us Triber and Venue. They gave us very lame excuses but as we had already paid the amount we ended up taking it.
2) The coolant started leaking on the way we were stranded for hours in the middle of nowhere, the customer care kept hanging up on us, they asked us to pay to the mechanic which they said would get refunded but that never happened.
3) The Fast tag wouldn't work and we ended up paying double amount at every toll, we did not receive that amount as promised
4) On dropping the car they made us wait for 2 hours , we had a flight and they just kept saying the amount will be credited to our account . After much wait and shouting they gave us the amount . As it was a huge amount we couldn't trust that they would send the amount to our account .

We left feeling very bad about the whole thing . It all seems like a scam now. Also the reviews we read people have similar experience . I am writing this down so that it can help people , I wish we could do something to shut this scam down and nobody has such frustrating experience and loss of money on such a trip planned.

One of the worst experiences I had with them in coimbatore. Highly unprofessional services, unfriendly customer handling at the coimbatore office (near airport road), wait time was too long, they keep asking for many documents, salary slips, bank statements, aadhar card ... I dont understand why we need to provide all these confidential documents (Their answer is we are giving you 15 lakhs worth of car, hence need to provide all of them). To top it all, they want to keep the original driving licence with them till the car is returned, what happens if the police stops us... cars look so bad. The office in coimbatore looks pathetic, like an old car mechanic shop, dirty things all around. Have to make the family members wait on the road for hours to get the car. On top of it, the person in the office is so rude and authoritative. I am really worried about the kind of information they collect from us from all these documents. They can misuse them anytime. pl. be careful. not worth taking the risk and wasting our time for getting a rental car from this place.

This guys are really frauds. Don't take the car from this people. While returning the car they will ask 10 to 15k for scratches which might not going to happen by you.
Repeatedly they are doing this for lot of people.

Onroadz cars are a waste and full of fraud.. if you book there I'm sure you definitely endup in paying some unexpected extra amount to them.

Booked Glanza for 2days(13th-may-2023) commute through onroadz(they don't have online and everything is offline). Went to collect the car they took 1:30mins for paperwork(ground location staff is the worst & they don't care, rude behaviour). The process is very bad and everything is offline which can take 1hr min. for security deposit they are asking for 2 signed blank cheques which is crazy.

In return time, the ground person(named akon, one of worst/rude guy) found that there is minor scratch(might be due to speadbreakers) on bottom/under the car and says to go to showroom and fix the scratch by yourself (or) pay 4500/- for such a minor bottom scratch(not even clearly visible). it's for sure the scratch might be there before they give it to me. i checked 360 degrees but didn't check the bottom and that's my mistake. Basically they want extra money for no reason.

To discuss this case, when I called the booking person & some other higher persons and they were saying to deal with ground people, they were not at all supportive. Please don't talk to higher people when you are in this kind of situation, it will get even worse.

Happy to help/share my worst experience if anyone still wants to book from onroadz.

You can't even write your feedback to (their website advertises) since it is also not existed.. another fake.

I booked a self drive car from Onroadz for two days. The price with them is too affordable and you can choose your most needed car from wide variety of collections. Service from Team Onroadz is very friendly. Much recommended.
