Onsi is great and convenient

Onsi fuel card is a scam, nowhere accepts it i have £25 on it and they won't refund it to me. They sent me a recent list of garages that apparently accept it but I have tried three of them with no success.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Happy with the service I sent an email asking about the pay on demand for Amazon flex and they were very quick to respond 👍

I spoke to Matt regarding missing payments and I suffer greatly with anxiety but Matt explained everything with detail so I wouldn't get confused or agitated in anyway. He was a massive help and my concerns was sorted straight away.

It was quick and easy to resolve my problem

Gift card discount higher than other apps, and cs fast solve the problem, when used 2 years experience just contact cs 1 time.

i got the card as i was working for evri, ONSI the fuel store card, i tred to use this card at 3 diffrent fuel station, but the card gets decline everytime. i dont know the reason behind that, looks like its scam and if you dont use the card for 6months amount is non refundable.

Sad to see other reviews with same issue. Fuel card is a scam, not accepted anywhere. Contacted them and they said my account is deactivated due to inactivity, what a joke. Your card is accepted anywhere, wake up. To add salt to injury, they said I cant have my money back, you serious, I am sure this is illegal at some level. I cant have my own money back, this is daylight robbery.

My experience with Onsi was made all the better by Katrina who painstakingly helped me sort a couple of problems I had with the app. Thoroughly brilliant customer support

BEWARE Fuel Card is a scam , I loaded it with £100 but still card is never accepted at any fuel station always declined despite entering correct pin.Support does not exist , there is no contact number no online chat , just an email address from where you never get a reply.not recommeded at all.

It was brilliant, despite having some issues while purchasing vouchers, the problem was solved relatively quickly. An excellent experience overall

Hi i reached out to customer service thinking my payment hadnt landed but when i checked my junk mail i discovered a mail sayin i had made a mistake inputting my details so the mistake was mine by the time i had gone to email back Katrina had cotacted me to assist so i replied explaining my mistake again very politely told me it wasnt a problem that in my opinion is customer service ive worked in the construction world for 30+ yrs and know how to treat customers when delivering dream homes to people including customer care satisfaction is key
